Join us for an afternoon of luxury, elegance & breath taking views with JOIA’s Winter Afternoon Tea served in the JOIA Bar every Saturday & Sunday from 12pm-4pm. Savour a selection of finely cut sandwiches, freshly baked classic & cranberry scones with strawberry & mulled wine jam & clotted cream. A mouth-watering range of exquisitely presented pastries & teacakes including a sherry trifle tart, chocolate & orange cinnamon mousse & pea & pecan gingerbread choux bun. The sandwich selection includes turkey & cranberry sauce, watercress, egg & dijon mustard mayonnaise & smoked salmon with cream cheese. Winter Afternoon Tea: £55 pp Champagne Afternoon Tea: £65 pp We can provide a gluten-free afternoon tea, but we require 48 hours' notice.

Celebrate Christmas Day at JOIA Restaurant overlooking London's stunning skyline with a sharing menu for £135pp & wine pairings for £45pp. To start, enjoy a selection of JOIA’s signature petiscos & tapas dishes including pan con tomate, seabass ceviche & beef pica pau. For mains, choose between a selection of dishes including Norfolk black turkey served with Madeira sauce, grilled fillet of salted cod or loin of venison with fried brussels sprouts & king oyster mushrooms. To finish, a selection of decadent & sweet delights including Torrija – a caramelised brioche served with salted caramel ice cream.

For two, enjoy the Pan con tomate, followed by the Iberico ham, Octopus salad & Beef pica pau. For mains, the Bacalhau à Brás and Txuleton served with green salad and tenderstem broccoli, and for dessert the White port sorbet and Pudim abade priscos with mandarin sorbet.

Christiano and fillipo really looked after us - a wonderful experience and ace food. Beautiful view of the fireworks was a plus

We booked to pay 55 GBP per person for afternoon tea which is expensive and therefore expectations were high. The tea was not drinkable as the concentration was far too big for the size of the pot. The service took long to bring it to our table with the result that it was overcooked. We received water which we did not need and which was added extra to the bill as well as a service amount of 15% and extra VAT. With all this, instead of 110 GBP, our bill was 25GBP higher than expected. A disappointing High Tea experience. A positive note, the location is nice and the scones were good.

The food is fantastic no discussion about that. The atmosphere and service is moderate however. Staff is very kind but everthing goes way too fast. Our main course was on the table within ten minutes after sitting down, i barely had a drink of my cocktail for starters. Dessert within 5 minutes after the main course. The interior is really pretty, seating is good but the ambiance is average due to a noise level that is far above what’s comfortable and a strange choice of lighting color. I’s describe it as greyish light. Price is on par with quality of food.

Food was nice but aubergine starter and pardon peppers didn’t have much flavour and lacked seasoning. Tortillas was very tasty. The arroz dish and salted cod mains were good but not outstanding. Desserts were great, probably the best course (rum soaked pineapple and basque cheesecake stood out). However head water couldn’t answer our questions what was in certain desserts and had to go away and check. All servers, particularly head waiter/maitre d should know exactly what’s on the menu. We got asked to move to the bar for our coffees as they needed the table for the next booking but the restaurant and bar staff were not joined up and we were asked to order drinks twice in the bar and they didn’t know about our coffees.

Had the chefs menu paired with the wines. Iberian flavours are really delicious in Joia especially with their curated wines. Great ambience and everyone attentive to detail. A really good evening to repeat in the future.

Incredible views. Really good ambience and vibe. The bar downstairs has DJ but it’s pretty chilled. Restaurant is just the right amount of buzzy. The staff were really lovely and attentive. Food was good – can’t say it blew me away. Some dishes were better than others. Felt small plates were quite overpriced – some of them £19. Overall, I would recommend as we had a really nice evening but be prepared for £100 plus per head for some small plates and two drinks.
