Welcome to Joia Beach, a hidden enclave in the heart of Miami designed as a vibrant oasis where the bright lights and beat of the city meet the elements and beauty of nature. We invite you to indulge, relax, and experience the magic of our waterfront restaurant and beach club. A chic, European theme, with a seasonal Mediterranean-inspired menu, paired with artisanal cocktails, and beachfront service awaits. Valet parking is available, as well as self-parking at Jungle Island, a quick walk away. Please be aware that Joia Beach employs a dress code of upscale beach chic, we require that patrons wear proper attire. Shoes and shirts are required. Joia Beach management reserves the right to refuse entry for guests. Please be advised that we do not allow the following: offensive clothing, athletic apparel, hoodies, sweatpants, flip flops, beach shorts.

                                Food was WONDERFUL and drinks were fantastic! Highly recommend. It was a little windy but nothing we couldn’t handle!

                                The service is very amateur and inexperienced. They run around in circles indifferent to which tables need them, very unaware of efficiency and proper etiquette while serving. Dirty plates were left on our table for at least 15 minutes between each course, and we had to stand up and find a waiter that would clean our table and tend to what we need. Very very poor service and no professionalism or expertise at all.

                                Disappointing and Disrespectful Experience – Never Again! I wish I could give zero stars to Joia Restaurant after the nightmare of a visit we had. My friends and I had an amazing time here last year, so we were excited to come back. Big mistake. From the moment we arrived, the service was horrendous. The waiter was rude and dismissive, acting like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. When we asked to sit at the beach tables (which were mostly empty), we were blatantly lied to. First, they said the tables were all reserved, then they tried to extort us for $50 per seat, only to still claim they were unavailable—yet, mysteriously, NO ONE sat there the entire time we were there. To make matters worse, the manager was just as dismissive and unprofessional. We couldn’t shake the feeling that we were being racially profiled as Asians, which made the experience even more disgusting. Joia Restaurant clearly does not value its customers, especially if they don’t fit their preferred “demographic.” Avoid this place at all costs, especially for lunch—unless you enjoy terrible service, blatant discrimination, and being scammed.

                                Andres gave us the best first experience in here, he was very friendly, and knowledgeable of everything we were ordering. We ordered to share, food came out perfect, and everything was delicious. We tried the watermelon salad, octopus, hummus, bronzino, lamb shops We are definitely coming back Loved it

                                The music was way too loud. I really wanted to be able to have a nice conversation with my dinner group but nobody could hear anything. I couldn’t wait to leave :/ Beautiful location, pretty good food. Don’t go here if you want to talk to people.

                                Had an unfortunate experience with hostess and table management. After enjoying a lovely lunch at the restaurant, I asked about sitting on the beach club side. The hostess Alexa indicated we could sit at two empty orange striped chairs. Shortly thereafter, we were asked to vacate the premises and pushed to the beach chaise loungers. The reason was the guests that reserved those two specific chairs had arrived. We complied gracefully yet I monitored the seats throughout the evening and kept an eye out to make sure it was true. Sadly, the same seats remained empty. Alexa’s management of the situation is disappointing, makes me feel devalued, and no appreciation for being an OpenTable user since 2011. I feel lied to.
