Unimos que irnos del restaurante porque cerraba a las 11 pm. La reseca lo indicaba pero estar trasladando las mesas u sillas mientras estábamos ahí no rs agradable. No está a la altura del restaurante

My bill was 945 and at the end my server was deceptive and said this is the part where you leave a tip for me and then I asked “isn’t the 20% service charge already included?” Then he said yes but he doesn’t get all of that and it goes to the rest of the house and the company. I chose to not add anything extra because 20% is already a generous tip. Then he took out my card and threw it on the table and bolted off without saying anything. Very wierd and not a good experience.

The restaurant was nice, but the following are issues I found to take away from my overall experience: 1- food too salty 2- small portions for high price 3- Miami Spice menu prices too high 4- restrooms too far from the dining area The ambiance was nice, nice music, and service was okay, servers were pleasant. Overall a 5 out of 10. Very disappointing :(

La atención excelente, el ambiente muy lindo y tranquilo en el día, me encantó el pulpo a la grillete y el cóctel de coco, la atención de Hasan fue genial! Quiero volver visitarlo para la hora del lunch que se ve genial.

Visited for brunch on a very sunny day. Although the heat was excruciating, Joia was amazing. Very good service, all the employees were attentive and kind. The food was also delicious. We actually went on the first day of their new brunch menu and it was definitely worth it!

Joia Beach was a wonderful birthday experience. From the ambience, the water views, the service and the delicious food, it was an extremely memorable night. Thank you, Joia Beach!

This place is greatly overrated!, the prices are pretty high, the food average but the service was terrible. Ash was our server and he had an attitude problem from the beginning, we were told by the runner he had 10 plus tables at the time since a few servers had called off so probably that contributed to his behavior, nevertheless unacceptable. On vacation having a good time with our family, spent $640 for an average at best dinner and had to put up with bad attitude and very long waiting times, ruined our experience. Cherry on top 20% tip included in the bill $100 and he still has the audacity to ask for extra tip! Grace our busser on the other hand was great!!! Thank you!
