    Had reservations for Valentine’s Day and nobody told us about the limited menu. Just 3 things on the menu for the whole night? Sad

    It was easy to book the reservation. I was happy to find one 2weeks prior to V-Day. We arrived early and got a seat fast! That was great. There was a limited menu- $150 minimum, so that was a surprise as u was expected to have full menu. It took a while to get drinks and food. They did mess up the order and one of the 4 people had to wait a while to get his food. Food was ok. Then our bill was messed up. No. Biggie. But for the amount I spent I expected a bit better

    We went for Valentine’s Day expecting the same menu as provided online, but when we arrived we were given a prepared menu for 2 that was $150 you had an option of chicken or salmon and if you wanted steak it was another $20 on top. For the price this food was no where near up to par and we were not happy about not having a normal menu to choose from. They also did not have a drink menu to show us. Very disappointing for a Valentine’s Day dinner.

    We went in, and we got the menu, which only had two item on it, for $150 dollars, and before sitting down, me and my wife asked to sit in a booth seat, that were open. Then the lady replied that its for people who reserved, like we didn’t reserve as well?. Terrible

    The special valentines menu was very overpriced for the quality of the food. We will not be going back ever again

    They were out of every drink we tried to order. It was super bright and unorganized. Our server was lovely, but it was sad that she didn’t have the tools to do her job.

    Worst experience I’ve ever had any where at anytime. Waited over 1 hour for our table to get a glass of water. My husband went and bought water from the hotel lobby. Our steaks came out before we ever got a drink. It was a total disaster. The manager finally got things moving but it was too late. Never got our salads. They came back 2 times to tell us there were out of things we had ordered and we never got a refill on our drinks once we got them. Just beyond comprehension. 0 stars. Do not recommend.

    5 out of 6 people at our table had issues with their food when it came out. It doesn't seem like they were prepared to open a restaurant here. The staff seemed confused and didn't work well together.

    Went here to try someplace new for a birthday dinner. Nobody to greet us at the front, just the bartender who also acted as the waiter. We were the only ones there. Tried a booth first but it was cramped so we moved to a table and it felt cramped also. Put a couple of high tops together and that was good. We could be picky because we were the only ones in the restaurant. Noise level was limited to the TV playing above the bar. The bartender/waiter did his best to make the experience enjoyable and was tipped accordingly. Food selection was OK but not what I expected from someplace called an italian steakhouse. My 3 guests got the chicken parm, my wife got chicken alfredo, and I got the steak risotto with mushrooms and spinach. My risotto was flavorful but there was a lot of water at the bottom of the dish. The other diners said their meal was good. I travelled a lot before retiring so I understand that some hotel restaurants can be a gamble, but this one was not up to my expectations. Hopefully they do better business at other times or they won't be around long. Cost was overpriced for the quality and atmosphere. There are too many better places to spend this kind of money. Won't be able to recommend and no plans to return.
