1)Disappointed to find out that the $5 deposit per person to make the reservation for dinner at the restaurant was not offset by the in restaurant cost of the individual meals. This is not in line with reservations made at other restaurants. Quality of the food doesn’t justify it. 2) My meal consisted of roasted hard to eat broccoli, glazed sweet potatoes fries and fried catfish strips. The prices on the website and the printed menu suggest that fresh, and in some cases, farm-to-table items should have been available. Mississippi is a leading catfish farming state, after all. 3) Our table members remained cold throughout the dinner experience due to an overhead fan blowing air directly on us and it could not be turned off. 4) However, the security was great. 5) This was my first experience at the restaurant. I won’t be returning nor will others from my table.

Reserved table was perfect. Around a vast majority but still felt very much secluded. Despite busy crowd, service was still fast. Food and drinks, always fresh and delicious! 10/10! Will be back soon!

This was my first time going to this restaurant. I heard good things about Johnny T’s, how good the food is and I’m so glad I was not disappointed. The only thing I hate is that they didn’t have a live band playing. They only have it on Fridays and I went on a Saturday. That was the reason I wanted to go, so I was disappointed by that a lot. Still they had good music playing over the loud speakers and the food came out fast and hot. My father literally ran his finger over his plate, it was so good lol.

I had a wonderful time for my birthday at Johnny T's Bar & Bistro. The food, drinks, & music was great. I will definitely attend again.

I made a reservation for 9/21 ,the staff was friendly and attentive as always. The food & drinks were a 100 on a scale of 1-10 per usual.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a wonderful meal here. Our server, Treka, was excellent. She managed every table in our section with superb customer service. Our reservation was 7pm, we had our cocktails within 5-7 minutes and our meal in 20min. We were done within 50 minutes. The drinks were spot on! Lamb chops cooked to perfection. Cajun Shrimp pasta was amazing as well. We will be visiting Johnny Ts again. I encourage early arrival and reservations. It became crowded by 8pm. No weapons allowed🤣

Read about this place online in advance of a trip to Jackson. I made a reservation to ensure I could get a seat. The food was great. I told the server it was my first time dining there and she took the time to explain the local favorites and her favorites. I always appreciate that. The music was good. A tad loud but good. I will go back if ever in the area. Place was packed.

The price of the food is very high for the quality. The food is good but not great. The Creme sauce (which is good) is placed on everything, even the fried green tomatoes. The service and atmosphere is top notch. But due to the size of the restaurant, it can fill up quickly and one might become claustrophobic if seated near the front of the restaurant.

great food, don't recommend booking on the open table site and paying the fee for sitting area. Got there before time and it was full and didn't get a reserved area that i paid for. Better off taking ya chances just going and sitting without paying.
