The women’s bathroom was in serious need of attention & the bartender should have had a more active role in serving us seeing as though we were seated at the bar. The waitress was extremely busy so I would think the bartender would step in to assist.

Was not seated until nearly 2 hours after our reservation time due to the restaurant being jam packed. What was the point in making a reservation ? Waiters seemed to be annoyed eith my party and i released asking if our table was available. Also food service was extremely messed up and most of my party did not get their meals. We were seated directly next to the dj booth and had a hard time hearing one another . The first floor was also slippery and the bathroom was filthy while also having no paper towels. Place was not very clean overall. My entire party was extremely upset with the service and 2 people received no food what so ever.

Yesterday was busy with Cince de Mayo, but the staff were able to handle the crowd. Everyone seemed to chip in to make sure guests requests were addressed.

Our server was great. The beer was very cold. It was very noisy due to a large gathering. Food was good. Tacos were tasty.

Food was phenomenal, staff were friendly. Staff also seemed disorganized and we waited 30 minutes for burritos.

I booked a reservation for 20 guests for my birthday brunch on 3/24/2024. When I got to the restaurant we were seated and accommodated, staff was very nice and our server was too. First we were handed the wrong menu. We were handed the regular brunch menu when it was suppose to be the Bruncheria menu. Second they took WAY too long with bringing out food. My guests were complaining because it took nearly 30 minutes each time to bring out something for the whole table. In honor for us waiting the staff brought us free lemon drop shots for the whole table. It was a nice gesture, but when they were giving us the shots they were saying "shots so you can forget about the food". My guests were starving.. at this point. The food that was brought out to us was ok. It was a rather quiet place with no music on the second level. I don't know if it was because I had a large party but not sure if I'll be coming back here again.

Food was great, service could use some work- seems like they just had 1 server scheduled for brunch and he was running around like crazy. He did a great job, but get him some help!
