JOEY Uptown, boasts an open concept dining room that spans over 10,288 square feet, including a temperature controlled patio equipped with an outdoor bar. Stylized prints from Texas-based artist Jon Flaming, and animated LED portraits by Julian Opie, bring life and lightness to the entire space. This location fits Houston’s iconic food scene like a glove.

My twin sister was in town and I been raving about Joeys to her. I love the ambiance and decor and the vibe. And my girl Ariel is the best. Shes such a great server. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Love the food and service was great! Our waitress Justice was sweet, patient and very knowledgeable of the menu and recommendations was all on point! Thank you for a great experience!

Freddie, our waiter, was excellent—attentive, personable, and made us feel welcome. The food exceeded our expectations, with flavors that truly impressed. The atmosphere perfectly matched what we were hoping for, creating a comfortable and inviting dining experience. The complimentary champagne welcome drink while we waited was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

We had a table of eight for lunch and everything was top notch! The food and service was excellent and we had real value..very affordable for the caliber of food. A very varied menu and the cocktails were definitely craft. Ambience was upscale. Will definitely be back!

We made reservations at 9! I expected to be seated no later than 9:15. We didn’t sit down in our seats till 9:45pm. And food didn’t come out till 10:30. Definitely wouldn’t dine at dinner time again. Just going to stick with lunch. And the hostess and not attentive at all!

We celebrated our anniversary here and I was so happy with the result! We had to change tables but there was no problem about it. Everyone was super helpful!

The service was a bit poor at the door. Got a reservation but still had to wait about 20 minutes at the door to tell them, “ hey I have a reservation “, after I told them they gave me and the wife complimentary champagne which was nice. Waited about 10 more minutes in the crowded door area then once seated everything was great. Services from the waitress were great. Food was great. Steak and lobster was amazing. Wife had ravioli and steak. Sushi was great. Over all everything else was great. Just right there when you walk in was crowded and had to wait even though we had reservations.
