This is my favourite Joeys in the lower mainland for so many reasons. The hospitality and service is outstanding and they go out of their way to ensure each guest is welcome. The service and staff are always welcoming and consistent every time which I find remarkable. It doesn’t matter if I visited 6 months ago or a year. This is my top pick for a chain restaurant.

Thank you to all at joeys today, from the front desk and waitresses, greetings with smiles and friendly questions, the kitchen staff created delicious meals and followed requests perfectly. Once a gain you have exceeded our expectations on service and quality of food. And what spectacular ocean and city views. But what again keeps us coming to this waterfront restaurant is the friendly, engaging and appreciative staff interactions from the moment we enter to the moment we leave. We had an amazing experience at Joy Restaurant Shipyard last night celebrating my daughter’s engagement. The staff treated us wonderfully and made the evening truly special. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion.

Prices greatly exceed the neighboring restaurants. I am not sure if it is just the times but 40$ for a roll of sushi and half a piece of steak is wild.
