Went on Wine Wednesday and was very disappointed with my experience this time. Not only was our waitress quite rude, but we were also charged full price for a couple bottles of wine on the day where this place promotes HALF priced bottles on Wednesdays. PSA: Make sure to check your receipt before paying!

We had stayed away from both locations in Ottawa due to bad service and overall dissatisfaction in the past. This visit was overall good especially due to our server. The food was generally very good but the sliders were too salty. We mentioned it and were quickly offered a replacement. We were also offered a free desert for our son’s birthday. I still find this chain to be overly expensive compared to other similar restaurants (Moxies and Milestones) especially 14oz draught for the same price as 20oz elsewhere.

Everything was great, had an enjoyable night sharing a delicious meal with friends. The wait staff were excellent, professional and knowledgeable and we were able to take our time eating without feeling rushed.

Able to accommodate parties of all sizes. Menu choices were plentiful. Service was very good. Food was very average relative to flavour. Poor value for money.

We were a group of 9 business co-workers who went out for celebration diner after launching a new business. The service was excellent and the food great. Everyone was happy and it was not too noisy! Thanks!

I enjoyed dinner at Joey's. The food was tasty. My one small criticism is the chicken parm seemed a bit dry.

A great stop before the hockey game. We love their corn guacamole especially. A cool vibe and excellent service.
