It was our first visit here and it was amazing! Great first experience! Our waitress (I forgot to get her name), but she had an outgoing personality and interacted with me and my boyfriend. It felt very welcoming. We sat at the outdoor patio and they had heaters. It worked very well!! Perfect warm ! The food was delicious! Definitely would visit again !!

Would have loved to give this restaurant a full 5 stars...1st time here. The staff was friendly, & both entrees were tasty, but....1) the dining room was understaffed, our wait person only made it back to our table when we asked for the bill. 2) Both entrees came out lukewarm, they had to redo the vegetables and one of the entrees. 3) The wine arrived late. 4) The re-done entree arrived 15 minutes later. 5) We never ordered dessert because by this time we were running late for our evening event. And...we came in the mid-afternoon... Will probably try it again another time, hoping for a better result.

Joey DTLA was amazing! Food was delicious and Drina our waitress took great care of us! Highly recommend!

Steak, lobster, shrimp all incredibly tasty and came out quickly. Playing feels dated, we had two different servers and it took a while for someone to come over and greet us, and the bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels and the soap was this almost empty travel size dove thing? So overall, delicious food but for the price point I’d expect everything else to be up to par as well.

Great food. Great ambiance. The homelessness and drugs surrounding the location are pretty unsettling. And this was noon on a weekday.

I always enjoy my time and can bring my crowd to a nice casual spot that allows us to enjoy ourselves without being in a hectic space. Service was great and the food delivers every time!

Great experience at Joey's DTLA! The truffle fries and chicken lettuce cups were very good! Our waitress was so sweet, and we even got a complimentary glass of champagne as well.

From reserving a table to walking in to settling the check, this experience at JOEY DTLA was what Ive always thought dining in LA should be like. I was able to make a reservation online, via phone, and still message to make sure my plans were known. I walked in and was greeted immediately and offered refreshments. I waited on my party and the hosting staff never once rushed me or threatened to give my table away, and we were seated as soon as we were full party. The service was excellent, attentive, but never intrusive. The food and quality and wait time were a perfect mixture of quality and expedience with value added in. I could not have asked for a better first experience, so thank you JOEY DTLA! I will be back.
