Salmon was overcooked and devoid of flavor. Charred broccoli drenched in Cesar dressing not listed on the menu. Manhattan was well made.

What has happened to Joey D's? The food quality has gone downhill. I was so disappointed with my salmon salad today. The salad dressing was tasteless, the salmon was cold and over-cooked, and the croissant was cold. This was my second recent visit but I'm not going back. The food used to be so amazing. So sad. Good bye, Joey D's.

Joey D's is a consistent restaurant that serves very good food. It may not be super fancy or innovative, but it is a stable workhouse that always delivers.

Food and service are always great. Tried the hot apple pie a’ la mode for the first time. Can’t believe what we’ve been missing the last thirty years! Yum!!!

Joey D's is one of our favorites. The food is constantly excellent, as is the service. Love their chopped steak with fried onions, babyback ribs, Manhattan Chef Salad ( has corned beef in it). M. OSmsheroff

The restaurant ran out of food, specifically, meatballs, which we always get. Our server was great. I also noticed the wings were smaller. Though it came with 8, the size was small. The restaurant also skimped on the calamari. The smaller portions is notable.

We make them from scratch fresh ever day and they really must have been a hit with the other guest on the day you visited. Regarding the calamari and wings, we take great pride in consistent portioning by weight. I am so sorry that you felt like we were trying to take away from the value that you were being provided. The filet, trout, reuben, she crab soup and salads were delicious. But the height of our evening was our very adept and amiable server, David. His approach to our table was timed perfectly, when conversation lulled. Our 6 meals arrived exactly as ordered. I'll definitely be back!
