Hadn’t been back to Joey D’s in a while and it was the same great food and service. Loved it.

I ordered the Delmonico, which came out as a ribeye due to a server error - no big deal. I ordered my steak medium, but this one was very well done. The server took the steak back and brought out a Delmonico that was charred on the outside and rare on the inside. It was horrible, but my table mate was almost done with his entree by this point so I just dealt with it. We sat with empty glasses (tea/water) for probably 15 minutes before we flagged down another server and asked for help. I don’t know where our server was hiding, but it took forever to find her and get a check. At no point did a manager even bother to touch the table and apologize. Everyone has bad days so I’ll give them another chance, but overall this was a really poor experience. Had it been my first time at Joey D’s I would have a hard time going back.

Salmon was overcooked and devoid of flavor. Charred broccoli drenched in Cesar dressing not listed on the menu. Manhattan was well made.

What has happened to Joey D's? The food quality has gone downhill. I was so disappointed with my salmon salad today. The salad dressing was tasteless, the salmon was cold and over-cooked, and the croissant was cold. This was my second recent visit but I'm not going back. The food used to be so amazing. So sad. Good bye, Joey D's.

Joey D's is a consistent restaurant that serves very good food. It may not be super fancy or innovative, but it is a stable workhouse that always delivers.

Food and service are always great. Tried the hot apple pie a’ la mode for the first time. Can’t believe what we’ve been missing the last thirty years! Yum!!!

Joey D's is one of our favorites. The food is constantly excellent, as is the service. Love their chopped steak with fried onions, babyback ribs, Manhattan Chef Salad ( has corned beef in it). M. OSmsheroff
