It was quiet for a Friday night due to the frigid temperatures, threes across the board because Joey is average yet consistent. I’ll be back and will again give it three stars.

Front greeter gave us complimentary non-alcoholic champagne and our kids loved it, he went the extra step to give them each a second sample :) Thank you!

Food is decent but was disappointed they did not have the ribs on the menu anymore. Better than Earls but not as good as Cactus. Service is not great, a few things happened but not going to list them all. Main thing was I had to ask them to bring a booster seat 3 times for my baby to sit so I could eat.

We came to celebrate a family birthday, with a party of six, including our elderly mother. Our meal was fantastic, but that is not what I want to focus on. Our server went above and beyond for the time we were there. He was patient with my mother, friendly and sincerely happy to serve us. We were there for almost three hours, and at no time did we feel rushed. He shared his opinions, answered questions, was proactive in checking in with us and bringing more drinks, and in all, truly made our time there enjoyable. A final note, the individual apple pies for dessert were truly “to die for”, as our server said. We will definitely be back!!

When I reserved the table, I specified that it was my son's birthday. After our meal, we ordered dessert, and I snuck to the washroom to remind our waitress it was my son's birthday, and she said nobody told her. She managed to ask the kitchen to write happy birthday on the plate which was nice, but didn't even comp the dessert (which they usually do). The waitress wasn't very attentive either, as she didn't bother serving us any water, and forgot to refill my son's pop. Overall, I felt the night would have been better.

Such a great night! The staff are so welcoming and attentive. You have to try the mini steak French dips and the JOEY reserve old fashioned!

Disappointing - the steak was chewy, I’m not sure what king of vegetable it was supposed to be but it was covered in a white awful sauce. Beside our waiter and the hostesses, people are not that friendly and the food used to taste bettter. It was not worth the price we paid and it is disappointing

There is no better filet mignon in Alberta. And there is no better potato than the crispy potato. As good as the meal was today, the service far exceeded it. My thanks Terry
