Joe’s Crab Shack offers a variety of favorites from all parts of the sea and shore. From its extensive menu, guests can choose from buckets of seasonal seafood, fried shrimp platters and fish dishes, as well as options from the “mainland” that include steak, sandwiches, and chicken. Guests can indulge in over-sized and creative cocktails, such as the Shark Bite which is playfully garnished with a shark toy. Since its inception, Joe’s popularity has stemmed not only from its menu, but also its retail store. With various pieces of merchandise for purchase, including the ever-popular tie-dye T-shirt with the phrase “Peace, Love and Crabs,” Joe’s has become synonymous with the word “fun.”

Server forgot about us after the halfway point and never came back. She got the order wrong. Forgot corn for my daughter and to add mushrooms in my pasta. She forgot silverware and the food came out first. She don’t come back for drink refills and we had to wait on her. After that I had to tell the person who seated us to get our server. Then the server told the bartender to Come help us. We ordered dessert for my kid and it was not even the right one with the topping for the sundae. It looked like three sauces in the tray with the ice cream. Terrible service. Long wait. And the person who checked me in did not check me in correctly because I got a no show notice Ben though I was there. I also put down I was celebrating my birthday and I was very disappointed as nothing was done for it. Won’t go back!

Service was absolutely terrible. Took over 20 minutes to be waited on. Food took an hour to come out and the appetizer we ordered came out after the main entree. Never refilled our drinks either. Just awful. I will never eat here again. Food was good and I like Joe’s Crab Shack but NOT THIS LOCATION.

Waitress was good. Ambiance was good and gave a great environment for a birthday party. Kitchen was extremely slow some of the people of my party didn't even get their food till the party was over and was overcharged for the food that was ordered. Felt like a little more priority could have been provided and getting our food to our guests and that the cost was bloated in relation to the food being purchased.

Absolutely loved it! My Sons bday celebration was handled so gracefully. Food, service, and view were exceptional! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Was absolutely empty (but I was doing fairly early dinner). I order my burger no bun and they got it right..they built the burger just like a bun-ned burger so you get the full flavor when you take a bite instead of the norm, all the stuff on the site. All burgers (including the Vegan option) were fresh and Juicy. A BIG A+ for having a Vegan option for my daughter. Waffle Sweet Potato fries were awesome...Crispy instead of mushy! Sadly nor room for Shakes, maybe next time :D

It was our first time at Bills and it didn’t disappoint. The food was great, the shakes were most impressive. It’s a fun atmosphere right on kemah Boardwalk and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
