Le Joe Fortes est spécialisé dans la cuisine américaine classique depuis 1985. La salle à manger inspirée du tournant du siècle affiche un plafond haut de 9 mètres et compte 6 espaces de restauration uniques, dont un tout nouveau toit-terrasse verdoyant. Le chef cuisinier Wayne Sych prépare chaque plat en mettant l'accent sur les saveurs naturelles et utilise les meilleurs ingrédients provenant des agriculteurs, pêcheurs et autres artisans alimentaires du nord-ouest du Pacifique. Everything was awesome except for my seafood pasta, way too salty and sauce. Didn’t want to say anything to the server since it was not her fault and she was great!

The drinks is nice. Oil and Vinegar is wonderful. With bread. Spring Salmon is excellent and could share for two. Attentive care of staffs make the dining real adorable. Moreover, Live music in upper terrace creates enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Joe Fortes is our absolute favourite place to go for any of our special occasions. We love the ambiance, the excellent service and the incredible food. We are treated like family and can’t wait to come back again

The restaurant is very elegant with white tablecloths and lovely table settings. The menu is varied with something for everyone. Service was excellent and the food was presented very well and tasted delicious. A place to go for a real treat and a dspecial experience.

The food was wonderful. The cocktails top-notch— ordered a Whiskey Sour and a Sidecar. Ultra fresh oysters (ordered the West Coast Gems), Oysters Rockefeller, Cioppino, and the 20 oz Ribeye. Ordered the steak medium, and it was a little more red than I prefer, but seasoning and flavor were excellent. Will definitely return the next time I visit Vancouver!
