You’ll be seated in front of our gorgeous 1,500L copper still, Matilda, and guided through our core spirits range, plus a few never-to-be-released rums. Wonderful Sunday outing. Jimmy with his introduction was outstanding, lovely fella. Staf were impeccable. Can’t wait to come back. Hats off to all . What a great job you all do. Kind regards Belinda 😀🥃

Most of the food was amazing, some just wasn't for me, but thats not against Jimmy Rum. Learning through the tasting was my favourite part.

My group had a fantastic time at the Rum Tasting Experience. Kip was fabulous describing the processes & introducing Rum to us. He made us very welcome & had the group intensely involved with the all the technical knowledge & Rum tasting. Thank you Kip & crew for an outstanding service.

Such an amazing experience. James really loves his job and that came through in his tasting session. We stayed for a bite to eat after which wad lovely. Found the floor staff a bit pushy with getting us to buy food and drink, but we get it, gotta upscale!! Bought a few bottles can't wait to crack into them

A fabulous venue for a group of people. The tasting was exceptional. A real education in the art & history of rum. Atmosphere was great, very inviting. Food and drinks were pretty good too.

We just did the tasting so ignore food rating. Tasting was brilliant, learnt a lot about rum and found some new favourites
