We had made reservations, but it did not include the area with the best views. That area was first come, first served which was odd. But we had a very nice time, thanks to our waitress. When we stated our concern, she let us know when another table with a better view was available and we got to enjoy post sunset views. Lena was sweet, energetic, attentive and genuinely nice. We would go back based on her excellent service and the amazing key lime pie!

The pizza is really good as are the burgers, chicken sandwich OK, Ordered Johnny Black, got Jack Daniels, house cab is good and the Pinot Noir, Meomi alsways a good choice. If you like your music loud, this is the right place for you. The waitstaff is courious and friendly. Watch out on the bill, the tip, it is automacticlly added/. Pleasant night on their deck.

I do not understand why this restaurant is listed with Open Table as it was a first come first serve, seat yourself restaurant. I had a reservation booked months in advance and when we checked in at the hostess stations, she looked confused when we said we have a reservation. That was odd too us and she replied to go seat yourself. We were fortunate to obtain a table near the waterfront and could see the sunset (pretty amazing view) despite all the people walking in front of our table to grab pictures between the other tables. The service was extremely slow like they didn't staff properly for a Friday Night. They did have live music which was decent. It wasn't at all what we expected (we were completely overdressed). The food was okay- nothing to rave about. The parking like most is totally inadequate so get there early if you want a parking spot and a table at sunset... Won't be going back.

Overall we had a very enjoyable dinner. Food was excellent, waterfront seating was wonderful, service was friendly and competent, and value was great.

First of all no reservations were needed as the place is large and has plenty of tables. We checked in and they told us to seat ourselves anywhere. We put an 80 dollar deposit to hold the reservation so nobody told us how that worked. The place is noisy, tables are on top of each other and the service was sporadic at best. Our server took forever each time he came over and we asked about the 80 dollar deposit and he shrugged it off. The food was not very good. Appetizers were over cooked and lobster Mac and cheese had very little lobster. The reviews of this place hype it up as the best experience in Key Largo. We were here for 8 days and ate at many other places and we all voted this place the worst experience we had. A great disappointment please go anywhere else.

Someone at the hotel we’re staying at recommended this place for sunset dining and it did not disappoint. They have happy hour appetizers which was an added bonus. At our table we tried the fried mozzarella, pulled pork sandwich, pepperoni pizza and finished with creme brûlée. Highly recommend!

Rachel are server provided great customer service. My chicken parmigiana sandwich was over cooked. Rachel offered to get me a new dish, I declined. I’m surprised the kitchen allowed the dish to be delivered to my table. We visit your restaurant yearly. Maybe it was an off day.

Really enjoyed our experience at the Big Chill. A little cool outside so we sat indoors. Wasn’t crowed at all. The food was excellent and our waitress was really good. I like fried seafood and had the platter fried. Awesome!

No reservations necessary as we were told to take any table. More casual than we expected but right on the water. Live music was great! Food was delicious! Our server went out of her way to take care of us.
