Went last year and disappointed they didn’t have the offer on of the three starters for a fixed price. However we enjoyed what we did have

Battered prawns are a must! Food was good value for money. Service was kind and friendly. Burger sliders were good tasting but felt could have been squished down slightly to make an easier eating. Steak was good for price. Overall good/great experience.

Only had drinks no food. Cocktails were delicious. Service was great as was the atmosphere

Security assumes that you don’t have a booking and greets you with a bad attitude. We did have a booking and he seemed surprised! Strange person.

Great experience today for my birthday lunch.. Lovely warm atmosphere, staff polite and engaging. Nothing too much bother for them. Will definitely be back

We had a great meal last night. Food was delicious, cocktails were great and the staff were lovely. It’s a beautiful place but the only bad thing I can say was it was a bit cold so turn the heating up a notch. We’ll definitely be back though.

Hi Lynne. Thank you very much for your review and compliments regarding our food, cocktails and the staff. I apologise for it being cold that day. One of our main heaters had decided to break down on Friday, hence why it was quite cold in the building. We look forward to seeing you again.

We booked a table well in advance to our date. Were phoned 4 days prior to our visit to ask if we were having food or just drink. When we arrived we were then asked again if we were having food after confirming we were days prior. We were then told the place was overbooked and we would have to wait for the back log to clear before being able to order food. We were there for 45 minutes with only a drink order taken. Unfortunately we left and ate elsewhere.

Hi Laura. We are terribly sorry this had happened and take full responsibility for the overbooking. The booking system is now going to be heavily monitored by management going forward. Hopefully if you decide to book again with us in the future, you will have a much better experience with us.
