This is our first visit. Unlike many other omakase places there’s only one seating so there’s no rushing through. Chef Jiho is very approachable and we especially like him spending time to explain his thoughts and experience of Japanese cuisine and cooking. We enjoy the food, the chat and the experience.

Jiho is a lovely guy and he made our experience very enjoyable. He is a skilled chef that will take you on an incredible culinary journey.

My husbands birthday treat and the relaxed atmosphere, soft music the personal attention just added to the exquisitely prepared food and its presentation. This restaurant is unique in my experience (my second visit).

First time omakase experience, definitely was worth the travel coming from Western Sydney. The lunch value was really good for 3 people, costing $180 for a 10-course menu. Chef Jiho created a fun yet enticing experience with 20 years of experience as a sushi chef. Made the experience enjoyable with Chef Jiho explaining where he got the ingredients, how to eat each item, and watching a sushi master at work seamlessly. Definitely would come back again to try his 20-course dinner menu.

Amazing and great value omakase. Limited seatings and went for lunch. Dishes were all amazing. My favourite was the flounder - so creamy! Jiho was very informative and entertaining while preparing every dish. Amazing experience! Defs worth the try!

I have never been, so i have decided to try it out during the lunch $60 special. Whilst the food presented was delicious, ambience was great, I was a bit disappointed with the supposedly a 10 course lunch where 3 of the 10 courses was just a piece of sashimi (or two tiny pieces) each. Maybe the cost of the lunch is restricting what he is able to provide, but I left hungry and feeling somewhat dissatisfied. I personally feel that it was a miss opportunity to tempt me back to try out the full 20 course dinner...
