The Teng family welcomes you to our dining room, bar and bakery. We are a full service restaurant with an emphasis on the juicy dumplings. Our signature dish is the Small Juicy Steamed Dumpling, the pork dumpling with the soup inside. The extensive menu with dishes from Taiwan, Northern China and a few Sichuan dishes will suit the tastes of your family, friends and coworkers. Our quality dishes, excellent service and welcoming atmosphere make us the perfect restaurant for gatherings large or small. Jeng Chi is the house of joy.

This event begins promptly at 6:00pm. Gather with friends for the Mid-Autumn Festival at Jeng Chi. Your hosts will share the folk lore of the Mid-Autumn Festival, harvest moon and the symbolism and importance of mooncakes during this season. Our friends from the Cultured Cup have paired exquisite teas with our traditional mooncakes for your tasting pleasure. The Teng family will be demonstrating the craft of making the mooncake during this event. Observe the beauty of the seeing and hearing the expert knocking by the bakery team. Tiered pricing. Tea and Mooncake Pairing set price $26.00 including tax. Buy up trio cocktail pairing $41.00 including tax. Seating is limited.

We love coming to Jeng Chi. The food here is always delicious and their dumplings the best in Dallas. They also have a lovely bakery and take out area. The people they hire are also very nice

Menu changed and you can no longer add a vegan protein to vegetable dishes. Also don’t have snow ice on the menu

We had a reservation and were seated right away. The problem was that no one came to our table. Ever. We sat for twenty minutes. I went to the bar to get two glasses of water. Another ten minutes went by, we got up and left. They had a special tasting event going on, so unusually busy. But there were people seated after us that were served.

Uncontrolled children running wild in the aisles were screaming; impacting our ability to hear one another. Once they finally left, we were able to enjoy our dinner.

First time experience. Our server was very nice and helpful with suggesting choices. The food was delicious and fresh. Orange chicken was the best as were their dumplings. Noice level was a bit high but experience was totally worth it. Will go back for sure!

Food was good... however, they brought tofu and pork item when vegetarian was requested. Took a long time for dirty dishes to be cleared from table. Overall though, pretty good

Everything tasted lovely and the presentation was fabulous. The service was quick and friendly without being overdone. This is one of my favorite restaurants!
