The atmosphere was really nice. The seafood food pasta was really good. But the risotto was bland and hard. The Cajun shrimp was ok I just wish it had a better base.

Just felt rushed to take ordered and once that happened server was MIA didn’t really get much acknowledgment on my birthday and the food was disappointing as well it was mainly just for views

Our meal was excellent. Everything was so fresh! Resh seafood grilled perfect. The view was great, and the ambiance was good.

Went on a Saturday night and the server was doing his thing. Very attentive, kept asking if the table was good. Food came out on time, didn’t really have to wait for drinks or anything. I would go back to this place the next time I visit Punta Cana

Very beautiful restaurant. Extremely mediocre food. Service is hit or miss. Come here to grab a drink and enjoy the view, safe your money and eat a real meal elsewhere.

I recently went to Jellyfish Restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the start, the host didn't acknowledge that it was my birthday, which was a letdown. The drinks were terrible, and to make matters worse, my friend's food was cold, and her pasta noodles were hard and inedible. It wasn’t even the right dish! The service was awful—our server was rude, rushed us through our meal, and didn’t seem to care about our experience. When we spoke to the manager about the issues, they were just as rude and didn’t offer to comp any part of the meal. To top it all off, when I shared my disappointment on social media, instead of addressing the situation, they just liked my post. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend Jellyfish Restaurant to anyone—the food isn’t great, and the organization as a whole need to seriously improve.
