Jefferson's Restaurant is an elegant, yet casual dining experience. A modern American grill featuring regional influences, Jefferson’s offers a hand-picked selection of the best regional and prime meats. Jefferson’s serves dinner daily.

Choose whether you dine indoors in a setting wrapped in rich wood paneling or take in a dramatic view of the Casino Lawn on the outdoor terrace.

We loved it so much we are there 2 nights in a row! Noteworthy dishes: beef tartare, duck breast, grilled lamb was the star of the show! The entire staff was remarkable, starting with the hostess staff, servers, and all wait staff. Thank you so much for having us!

AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH!!! Ahmed was our waiter and he was absolutely phenomenal. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. We sat outside and it started raining in the middle of our dinner. The Jefferson’s staff acted so quickly; no one got wet. The price was a little steep BUT the quality of food / service made it worth it.

This restaurant has a great setting, inside and outside, but the food borders on average at times and the service staffing remains challenged. We tried to order a bottle (or 2) of wine and had to get up and flag someone down for it. The somm came over, offered the list, waited 30 seconds and never returned. After our meal was in front of us, we finally got to order the wine (1 bottle, because the meal was practically over). The food ranged from average (dry steak) to good. There is potential here but much room for improvement. Restaurant would struggle but for captive guests at the Hotel.

The food was delicious and our wonderful server Flores made sure that my husband’s food choices were safe for him. We truly appreciated Flores dominance in keeping him safe

It was just OK. It took about ten minutes between when first entree dropped until final one came out of the kitchen. Both tenderloins were undercooked. Ordered med rare came out purple. Waiter had tables inside and out which may have contributed to the fact he never checked back. Had a few meals in the taproom ( part of Jefferson’s) and they were all five star. I’ve had many good dinners in Jefferson’s , this was just a little below the standard, but I would go back again

The food here is delicious! Every bite of the mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts and cavatelli was amazing. They were super busy so we had to wait 20+ minutes for our drinks but the waitress was so kind it was ok. A beautiful place to enjoy the view, relax and enjoy every bite and sip.

The Jefferson is a beautifully decorated and honors the history of THE HOMESTEAD. Our server, Neville W., was a pleasure to interact with, he knew the menu, and made excellent suggestions. He was attentive and never rushed us as the restaurant started to fill. The Tomato Fennel soup was delicious, as was my Ricotta Cavatelli, with its light, not overwhelming Alfredo like sauce. My wife's Scottish Salmon, was perfectly prepared, hot and flaky. A wonderful dining experience.
