Fantastic service, great food- wish I would have been told how huge the desserts were- we would have only ordered one. Highly recommend!

We had the filet and it was perfect. Started with the wedge salad that was delicious and had mashed potatoes with our steaks. Great dinner!

Excellent and creatively prepared dishes. We had the woodland mushrooms with asparagus and carrots, which was as unlike any dish we’ve ever had and was outstanding. We also had the shrimp and scallops over potato (instead of grits). Cream sauce was rich but not heavy. Two observations that require some attention: We often find service to be a bit slow and inattentive. And it often takes at least a half hour to get the first course (salad or appetizer) and an hour to get the entree.

French onion soup was fair. Caesar salad was excellent. The lamb chops were also excellent. The wine was very good and was a large serving. The service was excellent. It is a little noisy as we could hear the conversation of the table right next to us and they could hear us. Similar food at similar restaurants not located at a resort is about 20% less expensive. Overall, a good experience.

Service and food were the best on property. There is an opportunity to elevate the wine list- especially the options for red given this is a steakhouse.

Our server was very good. The restaurant is remarkably loud and he even apologized for having to almost shout to be heard. My wife’s salmon was delicious but my duck was a veey small and overdone serving.

Probably the most delicious filet mignon we’ve ever had. Service was incredibly slow. So much so, it got frustrating waiting for our service to introduce themself, waiting for drinks, etc. That was our biggest complaint. Ambiance was decent. Steak 10/10. Expensive, but nice for a special occasion. Just with the server was more diligent.

Our dining experience at the Jefferson Restaurant was excellent and our server, Ahmad, was outstanding. We arrive for our dinner reservation after walking down the 'Tower' stairs, 8 floors, because the elevators were out-of-service. After the meal we had to walk up 8 floors again. A terrible experience for our stay.
