My husband and I enjoy dining at Jeff Ruby's for our yearly experience. We have found that service is anchored around ensuring you are cared for. The core fundamentals that Jeff Ruby's is structured around are displayed from the start of your experience of walking in the door. We have always been asked what brings us to dine with them, are we dining for the first time with them? If it is your first time, wait staff will provide you with details about the menu and educate you on the aging process of their outstanding steak selection. If you are a returning guest, they always say welcome back. We have found to always be treated like we matter and we are just as important to them as their more frequently returning guests.

Fantastic dining experience in the lower level at Jeff Ruby’s. A little less noisy than the main level. Our server, Mark, was exceptional and the food amazing. Steaks cooked perfectly…medium rare with a nice char. A bit pricier than other steak houses in Columbus but worthy of a spot in our dining rotation every now and then!

An immediate staple in Columbus, food and service top notch. Our server, Anthony was on point. Had the oppirtunity to meet Pau and Chef Max whp were both wonderful. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely incredible. Beautiful restaurant, warm ambiance, and fabulous food. Obviously, the steak is cooked to perfection. I recommend the petit filet with blue cheese. However, I was shocked that the sides are also prepared perfectly. The spinach is divine and the brussel sprouts are great. Skip bread and save room for dessert because their dessert menu is delectable. The staff is courteous and they have perfect etiquette. Patrick is a fabulous server. He goes above and beyond to welcome the diners. Cannot wait to go back next Christmas!

Our service was wonderful! The food was great and the restaurant itself is top notch! Love this place! Definitely will recommend and will be coming back. Thank you Erin for your great service. I know my friend is smiling all the way back to Canada 🇨🇦. She thoroughly enjoyed everything!

The Old Fashioneds were excellent - as they should be for how much they were. The ambiance was special. Service was first class. The crab cake was amazing... the best we've ever had! The Cesar salads were crisp and cold and the dressing was excellent. I had anchovies and they were spectacular! We both had the 8 oz filet, medium rare. My wife had lobster with hers and I had the king crab topping. Both additions were excellent. The steaks, while perfectly cooked, were not hot but warm. I was expecting a steak served sizzling hot, but these missed the mark. It seemed they might have been sitting for a while before served. By the time our dinner arrived we had been there nearly 1.5 hours and our reservation was at 7:45. We had a couple of drinks and were getting pretty sleepy. As a result, we didn't complain and send them back... we just wanted to eat and go home. I just expected more after paying over $300 for my wife and I to have dinner. It was not the over- the - top experience I told her to expect.
