Jean-Georges Philadelphia invites guests to enjoy our tasting menu experience: • 6-course menu available for $228 per person • We will customize your menu with your reservation name and the date of the reservation. • Please specify any dietary restrictions or aversions so we can customize your tasting experience. Please note, full table participation is required for either menu. This is required to preserve the dining experience for all our guest. With a focus on quality and sustainability, seasonal ingredients native to the Philadelphia region will be prepared with classic French techniques, while calling on global influences and sourcing the freshest foraged vegetables, meats, and seafood from around the world.

For the ultimate night of romance, reserve your table atop the highest restaurant in the city. On Friday, February 14th & Saturday, February 15th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Our five-course omnivore menu priced at $245 will delight guests. Specialty champagnes on our champagne cart will be available by the glass. There is a strict 72 hours cancellation policy. Any Cancellations within the 72 hours window, guest will be charged $100 per person.

The NYE experience at Jean-Georges Philadelphia was absolutely spectacular! The view was so incredible and the five-course tasting menu with wine pairing was beautifully presented. My fave was the tuna tartare with caviar and the passion fruit dessert was so beautifully presented. Followed by the New Year’s Eve Countdown and celebration with DJ and instrumentals - the evening was magical! Best New Year’s ever!

Absolutely fabulous from the minute we walked in. Food, drinks, service, entertainment, atmosphere exceeded our expectations! The musicians and dancers and models were spectacular. What a classy, elegant, lively way to ring in 2025! JG will be our NY Eve tradition in the future.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent dining experience in the Four Seasons Philadelphia Hotel on 12/30/24. The holidays can be a challenging time, but I was looking forward to a peaceful and enjoyable dinner with my mother at your esteemed establishment. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations, primarily due to the treatment we received from our server, Evgenia G. Throughout the evening, we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable due to microaggressions and a consistently condescending tone. This left us feeling undervalued and ultimately led us to leave early and make alternative reservations at another restaurant. This experience was particularly surprising, as I have dined at Jean-Georges Philadelphia at the Four Seasons before and have never encountered anything like this. I have previously enjoyed drinks at the bar with Caroline and Maxwell, as well as exceptional service during dinner from Steven. These experiences left me with a high regard for your staff and service, making this incident even more disheartening. However, I do want to share that our evening improved greatly at Vernick Fish, where Erica and Paul provided outstanding service. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel welcome and valued, turning an otherwise disappointing evening into a memorable one. The Four Seasons is renowned for its excellence, hospitality, and prestige. I have always associated your brand with inclusivity and a commitment to exceptional service, which makes this encounter deeply disappointing. I felt it was important to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed and prevented in the future. While I truly value the Four Seasons as a destination, this incident has left me questioning whether my presence and patronage are appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope steps will be taken to ensure that all guests feel welcome and respected in your spaces.

Everything was as expected. Incredible views, service, and food. All of it adds up to an atmosphere that is second to none in Philadelphia. It’s pricey, but in my opinion worth it. Can’t wait to return. I highly recommend Jean-Georges

We were celebrating birthdays, and it was lovely. Food was wonderful. Our service was fabulous. The decor was magnificent. Our only disappointment was how the dress code has been relaxed. There were people st bars and restaurant with jeans, sneakers, sweatshirts and hoodies.

This was our first time dining at JG, overall the experience was amazing. The staff is extremely attentive, knowledgeable and enjoyable. We choose the tasting menu, one of us tried the "from the earth" menu- it was so creative and you think about vegetarian dishes very differently. The "land and sea" was also amazing. There was some debate at our table how well the cabbage and lobster dish worked together but overall an absolutely amazing experience!
