Please note, full table participation is required for either menu. This is required to preserve the dining experience for all our guest. With a focus on quality and sustainability, seasonal ingredients native to the Philadelphia region will be prepared with classic French techniques, while calling on global influences and sourcing the freshest foraged vegetables, meats, and seafood from around the world.

We are celebrating our Hotel's 5th year Anniversary with a special tasting menu for a limited time. We are featuring Chef Jean-Georges classic dishes from his 1997 tasting menu in NYC. Ambience and service were excellent; food was less than mediocre. Cocktail was excellent…..at half the price. The diver scallop was just that: a single scallop, cut horizontally into three pieces; well sautéed, but nothing special. Main course, the “wagyu beef filet” was supposed to be medium rare; it was tough and overcooked, beyond well done. The accompanying broccoli crusted with nuts was grotesque. View was terrific….

Service amazing, we did 5 course pairing with wine pairing. Food was a bit bland, well prepared but lacking seasoning and punch. It was a bit simple for a 5 course anniversary dinner. We’d go back but Ala cart only

My first time at this Jean Georges, although I have visited his NYC and Tokyo eponymous venues dozens of times. It was the 5th anniversary of the Philadelphia location which they commemorated with a Jean Georges "classic tasting menu", which was a mainstay option at the Columbus Circle restaurant for nearly two decades, consisting of his egg caviar, scallops, lobster, tubot, and squab. I fondly remember the pavlova dessert from long ago, but that was never a part of the classic tasting menu... The food was very good, but it was not at the level I remembered from my last experiences in Manhattan and Tokyo (the opening executive chef in Tokyo served at the Manhattan location for several years). The service was excellent. I arrived early to pre-open wines. I note that I was not offered a nice place to sit (there were many empty tables to occupy prior to the restaurant opening), but they did comp my iced tea I consumed while waiting for dinner. In most of my fine dining experiences in NYC, Tokyo, or London this would not be a missed service opportunity. The venue itself is expansive, modern, and has very nice views. Overall, I would recommend the restaurant for fine dining in Philadelphia. Since the passing of Georges Perrier's Le Bec-Fin, it is one of the better options in the area, but nothing recently appears to hit world-class status for French fine dining tasting menus.

Service was extremely slow. We had to look for our waiter a few times. Overall great ambiance and food was delicious. Dessert was not great - would skip and have something elsewhere.

Everything about the night was top notch. Way pricey but you are getting an experience equivalent to that.

Spectacular views, sublime food, and the extra touches and layered flavors made this evening extremely memorable. Highly recommend coming near dusk and watching the sun set from the 60th floor. Every aspect of this meal was delicious and gave goosebumps and would come back in an instant. Worth the prix fixe; the meal was long and the experience unforgettable.

It was absolutely amazing! We did the tasting menu and although, it’s expensive, it’s worth it! Every course is amazing! Michael was our server and he was the absolute best. He was so pleasant and accommodating! The entire staff is amazing! Bravo!
