Was excited to hear the old Spunky Steer location had been re-opened as JD’s. When we arrived, hostess was outstanding, sat us quickly. Food was delicious. Drinks were cold. Vibe was relaxed. Don’t let the near by construction deter you away from this place. Try it out. Great food, decent prices, great service.

We came for Sunday Brunch and it was quite good, especially the Ribs and Tomahawk Ribeye. The salad bar portion of the buffet leaves room for improvement but overall we really enjoyed it. The bottomless mimosas are definitely overpriced. The 3 of us drank 2 bottles of champagne, which would have cost us $48, but we paid much more. Most places charge $12, they charge $19 here. We'll be back for the buffet but not the bottomless mimosas.

The food was good ( I had a steak) and the service was great, my waiter made sure that I didn’t need anything ( i went there as it was my anniversary, I lost my husband 5 years ago but I still go out and enjoy a good meal and remember all the good times that we had in our lives together) My brother told me about this place and I’m glad that I got to have a good meal at a restaurant that I’ve never been to before

Not a lot of selection for food. Potatoes were bland and luke warm at best. Went to get the "all you can eat tomahawk steak" was given fat trimmings and when I refused the pieces and asked for a different cut I was told she needed to finish that steak before starting another one. Steak was mediocre. Lacked seasoning and was fatty. Silverware and plates weren't properly washed. We were never offered or told about the "bottomless mimosas". Our server was prompt at clearing the plates and bringing refills until she went on break. Then we were stuck flagging down other servers. Overall, greatly disappointed.

After reading the reviews, we were confident in making a reservation with JD's and expected a great experience. We were very disappointed in the food. The steaks were very subpar, the mac and cheese was luke-warm at best and the salad seemed stale. We would not recommend this restaurant.
