Emily was our server & she was excellent, attentive . Food was delicious, we had a party of 12 , everyone enjoyed their food… only downside was Jon Bon Jovi didn’t show up

Great atmosphere and fun memorabilia throughout the bar/restaurant. The servers were all friendly and professional. We loved our meals and we felt like the menu offered a good variety of choices.

I have loved JBJ since I was a teenager so was so excited to be able to go to his restaurant. It exceeded my expectations in all ways. We got to overlook downtown while we ate and loved venturi g to each floor to look at all the memorabilia. The food was delicious too! Only negative I can think of is the bathrooms were not clean and toilet paper was all over the floor. Such a shame for such an awesome place.

Good food, easy convenient and quick for when out bar crawling Broadway. Also below the restaurants the bar was one of the best with a better band than many we went to.

Where we were sitting upstairs on the 4th floor there was little, if any, music! Fully expected to hear Bon Jovi songs while there. Our server was great and the food was delicious. Will try again when we can go to different levels. We were there for dinner and had 2 underage - so we couldn't go anywhere by the 4th floor. Did not know that when we made the reservation. It said nothing about being 21 and over. They were kind enough to escort our family of 12 up so we could eat after initially being turned away.

Sorry for the confusion on our age restrictions. You and your family can eat anywhere in the bar prior to 6pm, no reservations needed. We would love to have you come back!

The service in this restaurant was horrible even though they weren’t busy. If I could give a 0 I would. It was as though they could give a crap that you were there.

I made reservations for 630 assuming there would be a dinner menu, but the menu only consisted of appetizers, sandwiches, and salads. I understand this is a new spot so hopefully the menu will expand for dinner. Everything was fresh. The service was great. So many levels with so much memorabilia definitely brought me back to the 80s

It sounds like there might have been some confusion regarding the menu. While we do offer a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, and salads, we also have everyday menu items like chicken skewers, steak and fries, ribs and more, as well as when you dine on the 4th floor with a reservation we have specials such as short rib, shrimp and grits, and steak and potatoes. We’re sorry this wasn’t communicated clearly during your visit.

We had the loaded Nacho with chicken and it was fabulous. The service was great and we really enjoyed eating there on the 4th floor. We will definitely be back.
