This classic supper club boasts live performances every night, from Tuesday through Saturday. Bistro-style cuisine, prepared in the traditional French technique, with ingredients from all over the world, prepared with passion by our Executive Chef, Roshan Vermezyari.

Our beautiful main stage is home to "Red Pops" - a gorgeous red Steinway baby grand piano - meticulously maintained. There is a cover charge for performances on all of our stages, except our Piano Bar performances on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5 to 7, which are free of charge.

Our 3rd-floor Event Space is available for your next corporate or private event. Equipped with another stage and a full bar, the "Jazz Cellar" has an outdoor area that is licensed for 45 guests (closed in the winter), and an indoor area that holds 55 comfortably, year-round. It's the perfect downtown location for your next event!

Our service Joe was amazing….he was the only person on the 2nd floor taking customer orders but they had other people bring the food from the kitchen. The food was actually good but unfortunately it was not HEAT hot and my lamb shank was a bit dry. But this is a great Jazz place in the city and it has life.

The Bistro is just across from the Ed Mirsh Theatre. We seeing a show after, so the location was perfect. It has a traditional jazz club fee and has live music too. The food and drinks were great. My parents shared the fish and chips. My friend and I ordered the fettuccine and the grilled Alberta strip loin and shared the two entrees. My last friend ordered the seafood linguine. We also ordered the warm olives for the table. All the food tasted delicious. The service was okay, I would go back and give it another try.

Hi, My reservation #: 31971 at the Jazz Bistro was for, 2nd floor • Table for 1 on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 7:00 pm. With special requirements, for table in front of stage to watch concert. When I arrived the receptionist at the door told me the she had set me a place at the end of the bar. I told her my reservation was for the 2nd floor • Table for 1, in front of stage to watch concert and if I wanted to sit at the bar. I would not have reserve table for 1 on the 2nd floor. She replied that they had a full house and that is why she sat me at the bar. I told her I would like the place on the 2nd Floor that my reservation was for. After that she final sat me on the 2nd floor per my confirmed reservation. Just because I was a single person they did not want to honour my confirmed reservation. If they are to accept my reservation online they should have honoured it without me needing to argue or fight with them when I arrived at the door. There door service needs to be better. Had they not sat me per my reservation? I would have left and went somewhere else to send the $90.00 it cost me for dinner and show. Thank you Patrick Doyle

food was not as good as our last visit i found our burgers dry overcooked not enough pickles lettuce tomato onions burger was not hot and juicy i was disappointed

Don’t eat here if going to 8pm show. Booked and arrived for 615. Excellent cocktails. They said we had plenty of time. Even had a lower cover charge for Mervish ticket holders. Ordered starters (cheese plate) and main courses. That took half hour to arrive. By 735 main courses still not there so cancelled paid and left. Food arrived as we were leaving. Manager very rudely said we could eat it in 15 minutes. Felt sorry for front staff. Bad experience. Nice place but not geared for show goers.

Don’t bother with this place if you are going to the 8pm Mirvish show. We arrived at 5:30pm. Band didn’t start until after 7:30pm, restaurant was very busy, service was extremely slow, food was mediocre and the cover charge was added to the bill despite the band starting when we had to leave. We left very disappointed. ☹️

We were there on a very busy night and most diners were having dinner before seeing Tina Turner the musical across the street at the Mirvish theatre, so with a packed restaurant the staff did very well dashing about and getting our orders ready as quickly as they could. Lovely ambiance and good music and of course the food as always was delicious!
