Jaya signifie « victoire » en sanskrit, et le nom a été choisi par l'équipe de l'hôtel The Setai en l'honneur de son célèbre décorateur d'intérieur, Jaya Ibrahim, et de ses dix ans de succès à offrir une hospitalité d'inspiration asiatique. Le chef exécutif Mathias Gervais et le sous-chef exécutif Vijayudu Veena ont collaboré pour créer des plats exceptionnels de la Thaïlande, du Vietnam, de la Corée, de l'Inde, de la Chine et du Japon.

The food was outstanding and the asian night bazaar performers were truly mesmerizing. Our server was kind and very helpful. I would recomend this to everyone. Its a must in Miami

Delicious food. Small portions but yummy. Glassware can be cleaned better but other than that the ambience is phenomenal and so is the addition of a short show.
