Strange atmosphere with pics of a huge face staring at you on all the walls. Somewhat unsettling.
Waiter was new and didn’t know to ask how we wanted our steak cooked. They served it almost rare.
My burger patty was just a frozen puck they reheated and sat in your gut like a stone the next day.

It would be helpful if you placed a reclamation directly in the restaurant with the staff. In that case, we would have reprepared your food. We want our guests to leave our restaurant satisfied.
