We want to provide dining experience where you can enjoy with your dear ones. Our goal is to serve food that purify one’s existence and give strength, health, happiness and satisfaction. Food is a gift from God and should be treated with great respect and that is what we strive to do here at JaxSpice. We love and respect our customers, our employees and our community. We specialize in North Indian and Nepali Cuisine. Food ranges from vegetarian to exotic dishes layered with texture and flavor. Our team takes great care in the planning and preparation of meals. Chilies, mustard seeds, gram flour, coconut and yogurt are popular ingredients in all types of Indian and Nepali cuisine. Ghee, a type of clarified butter, is used for cooking, and has a toasty taste. Saffron is used to flavor and color rice dishes. We prepare foods based on your choice - from mild to spicy to hot.

My wife and I like good authentic Indian food. While this place is nice looking and well located in Jacksonville Beach, the experience was mediocre at best. Was very surprised at how expensive it was but suspect it’s because it’s in Jacksonville Beach. Will not be going back.

This is our new favorite Indian restaurant and definitely worth the drive from Amelia Island. We will certainly be back!

Loving their food! Just can't get enough of it. I have been trying some new dishes that are wonderful! The Aloo Gobi (sp?) And the veggie moo moo are fantastic!

Overall, it was good. It is Indian food afterall. That said, it wasn't our favorite. We always have a hard time deciding what to order so we love sampler platters but they don't have one. The server didn't seem to knowledgeable about the menu and wasn't too keen on asking the cooks details we needed to know. We were there for nearly two hours and most of it was spent waiting for our server to come to our table. At first we thought it was because they were busy but about an hour into our visit it died down considerably and we still never saw our server. We had to find extra silverware on our own and eventually had to flag down a host or busboy (not sure) to advise that our daughter's meal, which was supposed to be mild, was in fact spicy and she couldn't eat it. He eventually got our server but rather than explain, he just told her "we had a problem with our food." When we did explain, she said looked at the order on her device and confirmed it said mild. We were not doubting that she entered the ordered correctly, we're doubting that it was prepared correctly. Big difference. Next time I think we'll just drive out to Baymeadows instead and go to Maa Kitchen.
