We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

The cocktails and raw bar are wonderful. I meant however the food seems to be inconsistent. This is the second time I had the seafood stew and the first time it was wonderful. This time, it was dry and with very little sauce. I was disappointed.

Jax Fish House exceeded our expectations! Food was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful , just a couple of minutes walk from Hotel Exchange, and the atmosphere and vibe was spot on! Highly recommend!

Happy is a great deal and the holiday pop up theme was truly fun! We had a great server and the food was awesome. Highly recommend!

We dined for our anniversary. Even though this was noted in the reservation, it was not brought up. Overall, our server was great, our meals were good, and the setting was festive.

We are frequent diners at Jax. The holiday vibe was extra special this year. As the night went on, it became super busy. My recommendation is to make a reservation early. Jax will not disappoint.

First time going to Jax's I had the fried catfish and is was delicious! My wife had the fish and chips and she loved the fish, but the fries were ok. The cocktails were great and the service was excellent. Really festive since it was decorated for the miracle bar. Christmas music was really a nice touch. On the noise level we just had a group that was loud. We had a great time and will go back.

I don’t mind paying for a good quality meal but it irks me when I pay a high price for low value. I’m in the food business and I know cost, value, and quality. This establishment far overcharged for a mediocre product. The shellfish platter, we ordered “The Line” for $135. The platter was filled with low end items. Snow crab sections were small, snow crab sections, were small and over-seasoned, oysters were flat and tasteless, Dungeness crab section was good flavor but sections bear little meat. Even advertised anchovy stuffed olives were not stuffed. They were plain olives. Mt party had , halibut, salmon, scallops, all small portion and lesser quality product while charging as a high end price. Not worth the money! Being in the business, I know, they under deliver for what they establishment charges.
