We dined on our anniversary and we reached earlier than our reserved time. During our wait time we saw so many people being seated and quiet a few empty seats. After our reservation time lapsed we had to remind them again and was seated after another wait. Our server was very nice and the food was fabulous. We had some of the finest seafood. The overall lower rating is for the poor front desk service and the very loud background music.

Waiter was good with a good attitude. The restaurant is nice and fun. The filet was well done when we requested medium with a red center. Upon mentioning this for my mom that had just been discharged from the hospital- zero effort was made to correct the situation. This was her first meal and she wanted a good filet steak and fried. Manager downplayed and placated so he would not have to remake. Fries were skimpy- maybe 10 fires that were very greasy for a $75.00 plate is greedy. Chile Relleno was burnt. So burnt the cheese was crunchy. Beans - cold and hardened. Not the usual. Guac skimpy. Skirt steak tacos over cooked and cold. Enchilada cold. Not a great experience car food wise and it took well over an hour just to get this bad food that clearly sat and was cold. Total failure.

The food was delicious and the waiter was so nice and very attentive. Came for a friends birthday dinner. 12/10

Manager Santos was rude when we waited over 45 mins for 2 orders of Steak & Lobster we were offered cold churros as an apology. It's a joke. I personally have several lunch and dinners at this location with staff and vendors. I'm finding another spot. The worse part was Javier's wasn't busy Sunday at 4:30pm for there to be such a delay on our food order that we had entered as soon as we sat down. Extremely unhappy.

I couldn’t be more disappointed. The service was tragic and the hostess was rude. We were only seated 20minutes after checking in. The food was overpriced and underwhelming (my steak salad was such a disappointment and had barely any steak in it). A Martini was $24 and far from memorable. There were people standing in every inch of the restaurant and the music was offensively loud - it felt like a packed club. Long story short, you’re paying for Decor and that’s it.

The most obnoxious, pretentious place and staff. We had made a reservation a week prior, then when we arrived they gave away our table as we were waiting to be seated and stuck us in a corner of the bar on on a tiny table six inches away from the next two tables. We asked to be seated at a real table per our reservation and were told they’re busy and can’t accommodate us. We got up and left and will never be back.

Best shrimp with poblano rajas. Food was flavorful, delicious cocktails. Service was wonderful, kind, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Including the person assisting in the women’s restroom, she was very helpful and respectful.
