Javier's Irvine Spectrum serves original Mexican cuisine. Opened in 2004 and located close to the 405 and 5 freeways, the restaurant offers numerous entrees and combo meals. Javier's Irvine Spectrum selects and serves only the freshest ingredients, including sustainable and in-season seafood, natural chicken and center-cut #1 prime Angus beef. Every dish is prepared fresh to order, and guests may sit in the spacious main dining room, on the intimate patio, at the bar or in a private dining area.The dining room is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 11:00 p.m. Javier's Irvine Spectrum's full bar is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Reservations are accepted.

Everything was great! Just feel the food is a lil overpriced but you pay for the awesome service and ambiance too

We had a group of 10 and the service was simply impeccable! We never once were left needing anything, they always appeared at the perfect town. The food was perfectly timed and everyone loved their meal! I’d highly recommend.

Loved the Mar y Tierra dish. Lobster tail had a really delicious garlic sauce. I would even dip the cut of filet minon into the sauce.

I forgot that they redesigned the restaurant and they did such a good job. It’s beautiful, the service was great. Prices are high, but I will say the service held up to the prices and so did the food quality. Our server knew when to talk to my friend and I as we were busy catching up and enjoying a good meal. Everything came out quickly and was delicious.

Everything was great! Had a great time. Reservation had no trouble seating and our waiter Alfonso was terrific
