We had a great ladies brunch at Java Nation Silver Spring. The new location is beautiful, spacious, light and airy. The food was great and we ordered a number of things: mimosas, strawberry crepe, eggs benedict over hash, gazpacho, turkey & bacon club; spinach dip (really really good.). We ended the meal with cortados and I had my first affogato. They have some fun things on the menu for festive gatherings--flights of mini-margaritas in different flavors in little mason jars; a dessert flight they call a "Fiesta Platter" which is a large assortment of their desserts. We will be back!

The outdoor patio is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the live music. Excellent cocktails, appetizers and entrees. All together an outstanding evening.

The quiche and salad was excellent. Glad to see this Java Nation branch doing well and building clientele. We ate indoors, but look forward to eating outside when the weather permits.

Went to Java Nation for a birthday dinner and had a wonderful time. Spicy watermelon margarita was a perfect summer drink. The spinach artichoke appetizer was wonderful — lots of flavor and the right amount of creamy, with delicious toasted bread. Gazpacho, burger, and Salad were fresh and delish. Chicken Arepas were disappointing — the corn pocket was crispy and tasty, but the contents were overly sauced and not well flavored. Coffee fabulous (as always) and dessert yummy. Prices were very good by SS /DC standards. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. Planning to go again!

Loved the music loved the food! I really enjoyed the artist they brought in for live music. And the food is delicious and reasonable price! Dessert was delicious too!

We didn’t have suuuuper high expectations but this place actually exceeded whatever expectations we had. We went on Friday morning so it was pretty much empty but staff were still pretty tentative. Hubby had the salmon burger, I had the French toast. Drinks, I had a ginger shot, and he had a cocoa nib, banana smoothie type drink. Everything was very good! No complaints.

Our overall experience was poor due to bad service from beginning to end. The host seemed confused around our reservation. No one came to take our order or bring water. After 15 minutes I had to go ask someone where our waiter was. After ordering, our coffee took 10 minutes, food took over 30 to arrive. They were not busy. Super disappointed, won't be back.
