Such an amazing dining experience. Our service was top notch and so was our food. The owner is the sweetest and makes sure you are happy and taken care of always. Will be back soon!

Food, service, and ambiance all great. Pastas are homemade and everything is fresh. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. You make up on it with the BYOB. 10/10

My wife and I went here for dinner for our anniversary. Our waiter Adam was excellent. He was polite, friendly and professional. He was consistently checking to see if we were ok and if we needed anything else. The meal was fantastic. We will definitely return again for another meal.

We were supposed to go to Peter Lugars and opted for this instead and we are so glad we did. We were dining with two people with food intolerances, one being celiac, and our server Adam was amazing about it. So much was gluten free or could be made gluten free- we got the daily ceviche and the mozzarella and tomatoes to start. Went with the porterhouse, butterfish, tagliatelle but subbed with gluten free rigatoni and the mashed potatoes. The only real issue for celiac was that they couldn’t eat the crispy rice for the fish because it was in a shared fryer but Adam checked w the chef on EVERYTHING if he wasn’t sure and that’s is rare! So many other dishes we could have had like the spicy vodka pasta or the duck or short ribs. Highly recommend!

My date and myself had a wonderful experience. Danielle was our server, not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the menu but she was extremely attentive the entire meal. My date has celiac disease and the restaurant and Danielle were extremely accommodating during our evening. The truffle pasta was in fact the greatest pasta I have ever tasted. The steaks were cooked absolutely perfect and such high quality meat . Danielle truly made our date night special and went above and beyond to serve us both individually with fresh plates each time. The attention to detail was perfect in every aspect. Jasper stone is everything you want when you go out to dinner. From service to the food to the Ambience. Just wanted to say we can’t wait till we return.

(3.9 stars) Jasper Stone is on the bubble, with a lot of potential. It's in a lousy strip mall but the inside transforms you into an up scale, almost hip place. Great to have complimentary valet. (So impressed by the owners Ferrari in the 1st spot…not). There is no doubt that the staff and kitchen are well trained and try to be very attentive. The food is well prepared, creative, and tastes good . I don't have a problem paying a premium but everything needs to mesh...and it didn't. First, I hate going to a restaurant and the owner uses a table as his "office" sitting in the dining area watching patrons eat, giving directions to the staff, holding court. Second, the tables are so close that the waitstaff can't even get the food on the table without serving over you. Appetizers were the beet salad and wedge salad. Two cold items but the beets came out a good 5 minutes before the wedge ???- They couldn't serve two cold appetizers at the same time? Main course was two NY Strip steaks, Brussels sprouts, creamed spinach, and fried eggplant. The medium-well steak they served my wife was prob the medium that I ordered, but they got switched with different sauces. Mine was slightly overcooked (ordered medium). All of the sides were delicious. One of the best cups of black coffee I've had in a while. Our waiter was very personable, knowledgeable, and made good recommendations. Very easily could be a 4.5 but a 3.7 right now. We'll give it another try. $300 for 2 ppl with no alcohol (byo).

Jasper was a nice place to eat but prices are crazy high. Good thing it’s a BYOB. Place was extremely loud and large groups can’t be accommodated with a round table, so it is very hard to hear what is being said. Service was good. Filet was great. Pork chop chewy. Would come back another time with a smaller party.

Excellent meal at Jasper Stone. Service was excellent, food was outstanding. Our only complaint was the music! When we walked in, it sounding like we were walking into a club, not a fine dining establishment. The hostess was very responsive to our request to lower the music. Other than that it was a great special occasion night!

First time and it won’t be the last! We celebrated our lucky 13th anniversary this evening and now we’re kicking ourselves for not coming sooner. Amazing wedge salad and beef carpaccio to start, scallops over risotto and a special Australian wagyu ribeye that I legitimately didn’t need a knife to cut, it was that tender! Everything seasoned to perfection! Ended with a delightful bread pudding that was the perfect way to end a perfect meal. The only thing better than the food was the service from Danielle. Such a wonderful young lady who truly loves what she does- her sense of hospitality is truly genuine and organic, she knows her stuff and gave us great suggestions! Thank you Danielle and everyone else at JS!
