Overall food was ok. Not great. Not much flavor on soup or shrimp. Heavy cornstarch/gel Service was slow and had to request many items ie: water , spoons etc. We would not return.

First time dining there, was very impressed. The food was fantastic; the Peking Duck was moist and tasty, and the bar service was great. Look forward to our next visit.

The main attraction was the water show. The food was good but did not justify the price. The service wasn’t good. In fact we felt rushed the whole time.

We booked this restaurant for our son's bday during Thanksgiving week. The table they gave us was very pretty and had a great view of the fountains and was in the center of the room. The decor is very pretty but that's about it. Service wise, sadly it was one of the worst service we have experienced in a very long time. The kids ordered an appetizer and my husband and I ordered one as well. They brought out the kids appetizer first which were eggrolls and then our soup took about 20 minutes to arrive. The servers looked confused and overwhelmed. We had a show to go to and so we had scheduled 1.5 hours to dine and my husband was still late to the show because of the poor service. The food was bland and presentation wise it was okay. Small portions but the price was not bad. My kids and I ended up leaving to go to the show after waiting 20 mins for the bill. I asked a waitstaff to bring the check out as I was leaving telling her we are late for our show and pointed to my husband who was sitting all alone at the table. She nodded as if she was dismissing me. My husband waited another 10 mins after he told the waiter himself he would like the bill. The sad part was we wanted to get our son a dessert for his birthday and because we were running late, we did not even get to celebrate him. Overall, it was a really bad experience. The food was not good and the service was lacking. I wish we would've stayed at our hotel, the Encore and dined there. We have never had a bad meal or service in Vegas except for this place.
