Reservation Check In:
Had a reservation at 8:15pm, and wasn’t seated until 9:30pm. While waiting in the line that wrapped through the back of the restaurant, I observed parties who came in after we did, get seated before us. Yes, maybe you would think that they had earlier reservations but if that were the case and they arrived later than we did, they would’ve already lost their reservation. I had to speak with the manager and hostess three times to remind them that we were still waiting for them to call us to be seated after several minutes past our reservation.
Service:
Service was 2/3. Our waiter seemed very rush taking orders at three different tables next to one another simultaneously, as if they were writing cheat codes. Then when the food came out, they came out out to the tables next to us who ordered after us.
Quality of Food & Ambiance:
Best of three courses was the clam chowder. The Norwegian halibut was poorly flavored with too much unsalted butter and no salt. Desert was practically inedible. Raspberry put in both the chocolate and red velvet cake was too bitter. Couldn’t even finish the desert. Ambiance was 1/3, with being too crowded and crammed with parties, making it way too loud to hear your party.
