Our kitchen is open 5-10pm, 7 days a week. 21 + after 8pm.

We always recommend booking a reservation for your party, however we do have limited walk-in availability! For parties greater than 4 people, call ahead, our seating for large parties is very limited. We have a 15 minute grace period for late parties. Please note that your party may receive a time limit if we are busy!

At Jane's, we are serving up re-invented Southern classics with local ingredients, paired with very listenable live music from the next generation of bluegrass and Americana virtuosos. Hide out tonight in East Nashville with a Tennessee-spirit based cocktail and you'll quickly become a friend of Jane's.

Live music starts every night at 8pm.

Cancellation policy: Parties of 8+ will be required to submit a credit card to secure their reservation. In the event of a short notice cancellation (24 hours or less), or a no-show, there will be a charge of 20 dollars per person on said reservation.

Great friendly staff. Killigan was a great server and so attentive! Loved the bartender Matt too! The food was the most amazing we’ve tasted in Nashville so far! Make sure and order the brussel sprouts appetizer. Never had better. Meatloaf supper is to die for. You won’t be disappointed. Jane’s Old Fashion is the best too. You can’t go wrong at Jane’s.

Great vibe with very attentive and kind staff. Music was terrific. Fried kitchen was moist and very tasty. Great place off the beaten path (ie crazy downtown) for high quality music and food- just as featured in NY times article.

We had anticipated hearing a bluegrass-jazz fusion band but were “entertained” by a mediocre country singer instead. The grilled cheese sandwich was mostly bread, but the meatloaf dinner and BLT sandwich were OK. We had followed a recommendation for live music at Jane’s Hideaway from a NYTimes Travel article and were disappointed.

Our server was excellent— good knowledge of menu, present without interrupting. The food was amazing! The music was a little loud during our happy hour meal. However, we were meeting up with a friend we had not seen in a while and good conversation was our goal over music. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

James hideaway was nice. The parking situation is not good. It seems more of a neighborhood place, that's in walking distance from the community. The cornbread and the brussel sprouts were delicious.. the best part was the live music. The only reason that I would not go again is because of the parking situation and the hazard of the sidewalk and entrance into the restaurant
