Everything was good until I got my steak that I ordered medium rare and I received it cooked medium…and my boyfriend ordered his medium and got medium rare…and when we spoke to the manager after we were all done and ready to go and he was very rude. Our server was awesome and understanding and they both offered to get us another steak but it was too late at that point and we just wanted to leave. The meat itself was good but the service from the manager absolutely sucked. Not sure if I’ll ever come back. We had very high expectations seeing as we’ve heard nothing but good things about this place but when they didn’t cook my steak correct I’m now a bit disappointed. Other than that the food was great. I would just expect a lot more from an expensive restaurant like this and would expect that the cooks know how to cook a medium rare steak but was very wrong I guess…

Another great meal at Jameson’s. Midweek so wasn’t overly crowded. Our server Chris was very friendly and understood we wanted a leisurely evening. Meals were excellent!

We’ve been to Jameson’s many times before but this time was the worse. The restaurant was pretty full but the real problem was there were noticeably understaffed as far as servers were concerned. There are two sides to the dining area separated by a bar. Our server had our table on the left side and then the whole right side of the restaurant. Obviously, that left us isolated and without attentiveness we expected. Also, the quality of what I ordered and have most of the time was not as good as what I had in the past. I will think twice about going here in the future.

We stopped for dinner after a movie around 8:15pm and alot of tables were empty and it looked like there were plenty of staff, however, our server would disappear for lengthy amounts of time which was really annoying. The bus boys looked like the only ones busy and they were literally the ones taking are of us because we kept asking them for things because our server was not around. This is disappointing because Jameson's is one of our favorite places to eat dinner and we usually have excellent service. This server didn't seem like she was interested in providing good service.

I enjoyed the mushroom soup and the steaks were both cooked spot on for the dunness we requested.
