Another great meal at Jameson’s. Midweek so wasn’t overly crowded. Our server Chris was very friendly and understood we wanted a leisurely evening. Meals were excellent!

We’ve been to Jameson’s many times before but this time was the worse. The restaurant was pretty full but the real problem was there were noticeably understaffed as far as servers were concerned. There are two sides to the dining area separated by a bar. Our server had our table on the left side and then the whole right side of the restaurant. Obviously, that left us isolated and without attentiveness we expected. Also, the quality of what I ordered and have most of the time was not as good as what I had in the past. I will think twice about going here in the future.

We stopped for dinner after a movie around 8:15pm and alot of tables were empty and it looked like there were plenty of staff, however, our server would disappear for lengthy amounts of time which was really annoying. The bus boys looked like the only ones busy and they were literally the ones taking are of us because we kept asking them for things because our server was not around. This is disappointing because Jameson's is one of our favorite places to eat dinner and we usually have excellent service. This server didn't seem like she was interested in providing good service.

I enjoyed the mushroom soup and the steaks were both cooked spot on for the dunness we requested.

Most things that could have went wrong did. Food did not come as requested. Salad drowning in dressing when asked for in the side. Steak well done when it was asked for med rare, this was fixed after we pointed out. Forgot our salad and had to remind waiter. Charge from bill was double what receipt said so hoping this will finalize and post properly to account.
