Always everything was perfect. They will do anything to make you happy! The brownie ice cream desert off-charts great. Service is outstanding also.

My wife and I each had a Greek salad, which was very good and contained a lot of ingredients. We also had a small piece of tiramisu for dessert which was really tasty.. This is a neighborhood gem!

Brought my wife’s family to celebrate my father in law for Father’s Day. Service was fine- waitress did all she could for us and she knew we were not having a great experience without us saying anything to her. Meal started out fine with the soup and salad but then there was a 45min gap between salad and main entrees. We ordered prime rib, bone in ribeye, ribeye, seafood linguine, and mushroom burger. Every single entree was tough and very salty. My in laws couldn’t say much because this was supposed to be my treat but when nobody ate more than half of their entree - this is a huge indicator that the food is not good. If food was good, the plate would have been clean. My entree was prime rib and I literally had three bites. It was extremely tough and flavorless. It’s accompanied by this sauce which was horseradish and mayo? Combined. I did complain and the manager comped the one entree. The team wasn’t attentive enough to notice that nobody finished their meal and that we were very unhappy with the food. Everyone literally told me they would never come back- yet another indicator that this place does not serve good food. I’ve been to a number of steakhouses across Chicago and this is definitely one that you need to avoid. I feel bad writing this but something needs to change here for the sake of the restaurant and for the sake of the people spending their hard earned money to come out and eat.

The food was good, even though they brought out the wrong order. There were only three tables but our server never came to check on us. We had to flag another server down to get drinks. I do love their food and we order takeout from them a few times each month and will continue to do so, but I won't dine in the restaurant again.

First off, we were placed in a dark booth in the corner (which always seems to happen to us). There was so little light; reading the menus was hard to do. The waiter even mentioned this. Weird collection of 80s music playing over the speakers and a bit too loud. The lighting in the place was a little weird and not very cozy. They have this kind of yellowish light throughout that I don't remember seeing before. For whatever reason, it didn't have the cozy lighting most places have. We ordered the New York Strip with mashed potatoes, which was excellent, though we waited over 30 minutes after we finished our soup and salad. Probably won't come back since the experience was average at best.
