Jam Delish is an independent family-owned Caribbean vegan restaurant and cocktail bar in Angel, Islington. Founded in 2020 by siblings Jordan and Chyna, their idea was one that came purely from their desire to bring their grandparents authentic, traditional Caribbean recipes from their family home to the London food scene, with a fresh and modern take, inspired by their own upbringing in a vegan household. Fusing their love for plant-based food with their Caribbean roots, they identified a niche gap in the market for authentic, Modern Caribbean Vegan Cuisine. With five-star reviews across the board from both customers and food critics alike, the siblings have now opened their first ever flagship restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Angel, Islington.

Nathan Collymore, our esteemed executive chef, has curated an exclusive 3 course set menu for the London Restaurant Festival, showcasing delectable vegetable centric dishes. This specially crafted menu comprises of: Grilled Portobello Jerk Pepper Steak (Small Plate), Caribbean Fried Oyster Mushrooms and Jamaican Gravy (Big Plate), and Coconut and Pimento Panna Cotta (Sweet). This menu is only available exclusively through Open Table for a limited time from October 1st to October 31st, therefore we encourage you to make a reservation promptly to avoid disappointment.

We heard about Jam Delish via social media and travelled from out of town to try this newly discovered Caribbean vegan restaurant. The menu was creative and food quality was good overall. As an experienced vegan diner and home cook, we enjoyed the food. However the size of portions was woefully inadequate in relation the price and description! The ambience was not great either the music just disappeared during the evening and none of the staff seemed to notice. As for the staff they didn’t seem to be enjoyed their work much and were not very attentive to the table . We needed to call them each time we needed drinks, the dessert menu and the bill. We are experienced and discerning diners and as our first visit to Jam Delish it was a little underwhelming!

Friendly service, lovely decor with beautiful rich colours, and a fantastic menu. Not a huge choice of mains but a good enough range and the food was absolutely delicious.

This is my forth visit, im not vegan however this food makes me want to be vegan. Super flavourful, well presented. Lots of choice on the menu. Cocktails are fab too. Definitely worth a visit

This the second time in a month i have visited, as ever food, staff and atmosphere are excellent. The toilets are clean if wondering The location is great for me as I can do some shopping before eating. One last thanks to the chef as everyone at our table ate all their food however I noticed even though the drinks are delicious, the alcoholic drinks are abit expensive.

Services was very delayed meaning we were told we couldn’t get dessert and were presented with the bill as soon as we finished mains. Probably wouldn’t come back here.

First visit to Jam Delish and it was amazing, comfortable, a good mix of chilled and vibrante, fun and relaxed. Service was great - not too fast or intrusive but always there and delivered an wonderful evening. What you've created at Jam Delish is really really wonderful.

Fantastic experience 👏🏼 5 out of 5. The food was incredibly flavoursome and unique. My friend and I were both impressed by how clever the dishes were. We appreciated that most of the ingredients were real vegetables and fruits, rather than just substitutes for meat, fish, or dairy. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be returning in the future.
