Jam Delish is an independent family-owned Caribbean vegan restaurant and cocktail bar in Angel, Islington. Founded in 2020 by siblings Jordan and Chyna, their idea was one that came purely from their desire to bring their grandparents authentic, traditional Caribbean recipes from their family home to the London food scene, with a fresh and modern take, inspired by their own upbringing in a vegan household. Fusing their love for plant-based food with their Caribbean roots, they identified a niche gap in the market for authentic, Modern Caribbean Vegan Cuisine. With five-star reviews across the board from both customers and food critics alike, the siblings have now opened their first ever flagship restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Angel, Islington.

Nathan Collymore, our esteemed executive chef, has curated an exclusive 3 course set menu for the London Restaurant Festival, showcasing delectable vegetable centric dishes. This specially crafted menu comprises of: Grilled Portobello Jerk Pepper Steak (Small Plate), Caribbean Fried Oyster Mushrooms and Jamaican Gravy (Big Plate), and Coconut and Pimento Panna Cotta (Sweet). This menu is only available exclusively through Open Table for a limited time from October 1st to October 31st, therefore we encourage you to make a reservation promptly to avoid disappointment.

Amazing vegan food, best place I have ever been too. The Caribbean twist to the food was delicious! Highly recommend anyone trying. The staff was lovely too and fast service

The food is amazing, & I will definitely return for that. Service not so great, greeted by a barman reading a book, had to try get his attention to order a drink - felt like I was disturbing him. Whilst the other staff were friendly I feel overall the service standards let this restaurant down.

From the moment we stepped in the door we was greeted with a warm friendly smile which started our evening off perfectly, we were offered water while we decided on our drinks from the vast menu available to us then once our drinks were delivered it was time to decide on our food, so much to choose from. We decided on fish tacos to start with (so tasty) followed by curry goat, fried chicken, Mac & cheese with bacon & slaw. The food turned up quite quickly & was piping hot, food tasted delicious & there was so much of it too. We ordered desert which was cheesecake but unfortunately they had sold out of it & we didn’t fancy anything else (was looking forward to the cheesecake) that was the only disappointment of our experience at Jam Delish. We would highly recommend coming here & will definitely return & hopefully will get to taste the cheesecake then.

This was the first time I had ever been to a vegan restaurant,and it was awrsome. The food,the drinks, everything,was really really good. My friends had a really great time,and we all will be going back with our husbands! The pork taccos were lovely ,and the banana cake was awesome. The only fault the group was a bit disappointed was the srtvice charge. We think it was a little steep but it is what it is,and I cant go again.

the food at Jam Delish is outstanding. I´m a vegetarian but went with meat and fish eaters who agree with me. I am from Trinidad as well so aware of Caribbean flavours and foods and this is the best I have eaten in London in terms of taste. So clever and inventive, I would recommend to everyone, especially those who are wary of the ´vegan´label!

Had a very good experience at Jam Delish!!! I enjoyed every mouthful and was pleasantly suprised by the array of dishes available. Service was good and staff were attentive! Would have liked more time for the table turnaround.

Very overpriced for what it offers but food was tasty tho. Staff was lovely, although we in fact got 1 starter to share which was a flat bread with 3 tiny bowls with a drop of sauce on each and we didn’t even have a quarter of it and the mains arrived. It felt a bit rushed and also I am struggling to understand hospitality & they coming to tell you that they need you to leave soon when the place was half empty 😸I think they should relax the rules and make it hospitable and welcoming rather than pushy and unwelcoming at the end because for nothing they are nice and friendly but come and tell you oh you gotta leave soon 😅 if it were full at least.

Unfortunately pork belly tacos were quite burnt and a very small portion. The coleslaw as a side was exceptionally expensive for the portion. The chicken, mash potato and Jamaican gravy was amazing, the fish and callalloo was burnt also. The service was slow and inattentive, we got asked if we wanted to see the desert menu whilst waiting for our mains to arrive. Tables around us seemed also to be waiting a very long time for food. Cocktails were good.
