Jam Delish is an independent family-owned Caribbean vegan restaurant and cocktail bar in Angel, Islington. Founded in 2020 by siblings Jordan and Chyna, their idea was one that came purely from their desire to bring their grandparents authentic, traditional Caribbean recipes from their family home to the London food scene, with a fresh and modern take, inspired by their own upbringing in a vegan household. Fusing their love for plant-based food with their Caribbean roots, they identified a niche gap in the market for authentic, Modern Caribbean Vegan Cuisine. With five-star reviews across the board from both customers and food critics alike, the siblings have now opened their first ever flagship restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Angel, Islington.

I'm so glad to have found Jam Delish. Such a gem. The food was delicious, the staff were fabulous, and I can't wait to go back to try more of the dishes on the menu.

We arrived very early, I thought I had booked for an earlier time We were told we were too early and there was no waiting area We went for a drink elsewhere and went back st the correct allocated time We were seated and placed our orders. The drinks arrived, cocktails had plenty alcohol and the food arrived soon after The food was amazing; tasty and plentiful and plated well The ambience, small (realised why we were unable to wait earlier), but well designed bright and airy We had lemon cauliflower, jerk pork tacos, fish, fried chicken and mash, curry goat, rice and peas, sushi and special fried rice, everything well seasoned and cooked We enjoyed our meal and would definitely visit again

Jam Delish, was the place to eat. I went with 3 female friends and we all felt the food was incredible. Almost difficult to believe the food was totally vegan. Especially dishes such as the JERK “PORK” BELLY TACOS which tasted like you were eating pork. The vegan fish dish tasted like real fish, the flavours were amazing. The restaurant was nice and airy, toilets lovely and clean. The service was great, with the waitress checking several times to make sure we were happy with everything. My friends and I have all agreed to go back for another meal very soon.

Jam Delish has definitely made it on my favourites list! Whoever visits is in for a guaranteed treat, from the ambience, to the food, to the drinks it doesn’t disappoint and is so flavoursome! The food blew our minds! It’s one of our new favourites now. The chicken skewers were not only delicious but nostalgic in a way. Charred truly to perfection. We will assuredly be returning.
