Enjoy live music with a DJ setting the mood from 7 PM, and toast to the New Year with a glass of Cava while partaking in our Spanish tradition of eating "the Twelve Lucky Grapes" at midnight. Wine pairings and our regular drink menu will also be available for an elevated experience. Secure your reservation today for a night to remember! Order your King Cake today! "El Dia de los Reyes Magos" is a traditional Spanish holiday celebrated with one of the most delicious treats you'll ever taste. At Jaleo Disney Springs, we're selling full Roscón de Reyes (King Cakes) for you to enjoy at home (or at the restaurant!). This brioche-like cake is shaped into a ring like the Three Kings' crowns, and decorated with dried fruit, nuts and sugar. Each cake holds a hidden bean and king figure. As tradition goes, if you find the bean, you have to buy the cake next year, but if you find the king, you'll have good luck for the whole year! Get yours before they run out!

Enjoyed the Tapas , Jose Experience. Pricy, yet was chef selection of Tapas including , appetizers, salad, main and dessert. Over ten different dishes, we tried them all, all were delicious. Left the restaurant satisfied and will return. Service was excellent, server explained each tapas to us.

Our server Eric was absolutely the best. His recommendations were spot on and his personality enhanced our entire meal. Highly recommend this restaurant, food and service. Top notch!

They didn’t put us in the correct table location we had reserved and then moved us twice before getting to our correct location. Took 10 mins to even see a server. Food was good. Definitely expensive side for a tapas

Very noisy. My husband is from Spain, and we felt the food was very good. Croquettas, salpicon, black noodles with prawns, plus some others. We also had the pan con chocolate for dessert which was great. We were surprised by wine Wednesday, so we had a nice Spanish reserva wine at half of!! Bonus!

We had a wonderful experience the food was fantastic. The flan dessert was especially delicious. The service was excellent. We will be back soon.
