The menu selections were outstanding. The servers were friendly and made accommodations as needed. The food was delicious. The only concern was the temperature inside the restaurant and that was handled well. We had a great time.

Good was great - had dinner here with my wife. Magical dining was still ongoing. Our waiter, Alan C, was outstanding. He did a great job explaining the wines and the food.

Our server Alexander was attentive, friendly and professional. The food was excellent, the flavors in each dish worked exceptionally well together. A fun place to share tapas, and the ambiance was enjoyable. We enjoyed live music during our Saturday night dinner. Would highly recommend.

This was our first time dining at Jaleo. I have waited years to try this place because it is quite expensive, and I wanted to save up for a nice meal. Unfortunately, the wait was not worth it. Upon entering and being seated the first thing we noticed was how hot the restaurant was. To the point our waiter was sweating so bad I thought he might pass out. It was uncomfortably hot. We then ordered drinks, a margarita and lemonade which took an absurd amount of time to receive. I was told the lemonade and iced tea were both free refills, so I went with the lemonade. Turns out they were not, and I was subsequently charged $24 for lemonade which is ridiculous. Luckily the manager was able to remove the extra charges from the bill. We did the magical dining which comes with 4 different tastings. While the food was good the portion sizes were so tiny. For a few small tapas size portions and our two drinks the bill came out to $150 for 2 people and we left still feeling hungry. I am so disappointed. This was definitely a one and done restaurant for us. It makes me sad to cause I eat at a different Disney restaurant almost every weekend and this one was by far the most disappointing one I have ever been too. I would recommend saving your money and eating at someplace like California Grill, Steakhouse 71 or The Boathouse. Way better food at those places for far cheaper prices.

Our server, Michael F was friendly, helpful and effective. He checked on us frequently and timed the delivery of our food nicely. Food was delicious, as expected. Noise level was high, including parties with babies and young children, making the experience less than optimal. We are huge fans of Chef Andres and the work he does with WCK, so wanted to both experience and support his efforts.

Part of a pretty renowned signature group of restaurants by José Andrés., and very much worth a visit. We took advantage of the Orlando “Magical Dining” event and were able to enjoy a tasting menu of four courses and also chose a mocktail and a spirit beverage (not part of the tasting menu). Every dish was fantastic, simply scrumptious and beautifully presented. And don’t think a tasting menu is minimal. We left stuffed and extremely satisfied. The main dining room is spacious and, as noted, the sound level is “energetic”. However, it wasn’t cacophonous, we were able to converse normally and hear our server without a problem.

Okay, no oat milk, toilets were dirty, soap out of reach for handicap people. Overpriced for just okay food

We went there for the Magical Dining Menu. I had the chorizo sausage & my wife had the mussels. Both were outstanding. So was the service. Will definitely return in the future.
