Super slow service. It took 2:30 hours to have dinner and paid the check. The servers and food runners did a bad job. The hostess, the busser and the manager did a good job. The venue is very nice, l think I could it been a better experience in the main seating area but I made the bad choice to seat in the second floor, very secluded. My table was positioned in a place where the curtains prevented me to even see the flamenco dancer or guitar player. The server disappeared for a very a long, long time. The runner never came back after she missed one of the 6 entrees (missing a steak well done). After we all finished our entrees, the missing entree still never came back to the table. I have to call the busser and he contacted the manager, then 10 minutes later the missing steak came to the table again with a mistake: “medium” instead of “well done”. The server never checked our entrees at any point. He finally came back until he had to serve our desserts. I got a complimentary arroz de leche and a 15% discount which was nice but I still leaving a bad review because my dining experience was bad. We were seated in a secluded area in the 2nd floor. It was a bad choice . The food is good, but I’m used to good food/good service choices, not mediocre to spend $270 or more in 6 people.

This was one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever done at in Orlando and and that’s saying a lot.

We were super excited to try a restaurant known for authentic paella and were very disappointed after ordering the $75 dollar paella it salty and missing the socarrat base.

last minute rest made for 7:30pm on a Friday night and was seated at 7:35pm. Was the busiest I’ve ever seen it and I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now regularly (likely due to magical dining?). It took longer than usual to order but was understandable. The arroz con secreto was fantastic! I hope they make it a regular item on the menu.

We ordered the September special which was 3 choices plus dessert. It was plentiful and delicious.

The atmosphere was lovely and the front hostess, Zoe, was wonderful. Our waiter tried to make up for unnecessary events, but the food was just fair at most. My husband and I ordered off of the Magical Dining menu and it was not very magical. The kitchen brought us our second course before our first course. We informed a manager that was near our table and he took care of the situation. He removed our second course and had our first course delivered. We also mentioned this to our server and he said this was a normal procedure to bring out the second course before the first. We did not agree, but tried to enjoy the rest of the evening. The first course was our favorite, cheese plate and croquettes, the second, peppers stuffed with goat cheese and a warmed spinach salad, not for us, but we tried something new. We upgraded to the steak for the third course and it came out slightly warm and the grade of meat could have been better. Dessert was good and the beer, cocktails, and wine selection was also good. Overall the food was just okay. Our bill was $200 with tip and that would have been acceptable if we would have enjoyed the food. We are foodies and we were disappointed with Jaleo.

My boyfriend and I went to dinner for the Magic Dining Experience. We arrived and were greeted and sat immediately. It did not take long for our server to come and greet us and explain the menus to us. Our server was excellent! He did a great job of answering questions and explaining the menu to us. He also made great suggestions for dishes that would help progress our individual menu choices. The food was excellent, the portions were a perfect tapas size and we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the ambiance to the quick and high-class service. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Definitely will be back again

Vanesa at the bar for happy hour was so friendly and informative. The sangria was great and so were the appetizers. I especially loved the cod and potato fritters. We returned later for dinner and Bryan was also very helpful and friendly. Dinner was fantastic. We had a paella special going on with monk fish, mussels, shrimp and cuttlefish. It was quiet when we first arrived but got rather a festive vibe by the time we left. The only thing I disliked was the woman’s bathroom with the striped walls and polka dot floor. Made me dizzy walking in there. We spoke with one of the managers who made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend
