    If you love tapas you can’t go wrong at Jaleo! There’s a huge range of hot, cold, meat, cheese, seafood, veggies, etc. The traditional shrimp & garlic is loaded with sweet (!) garlic slices, the octopus was grilled and tender, the gazpacho is silky (with crunchy “bread fingers”), the peas were delicious. We shared about 10 plates, and our waitress, Sylvia, was attentive but not hovering. It’s our 3rd visit and we’ve enjoyed every meal we’ve had. Last year we had the chef’s tasting dinner and it’s a “must-do” - at least once!

    Excellent food. The tapas special menu at lunch is a good way for first-timers to experience a nice range of menu choices.

    Jaleo has wonderful food. (There were four of us.)The spinach-pine nuts-apple was great, as was the mixture of four kinds of peas. We also loved the tomato bread, chicken croquettes, and mushrooms over potato purée with an egg. We shared a vegetable paella with two others and it was ample for four, as long as you have some tapas while you are waiting. The double scoop of ice cream ( olive oil and chocolate) was a stunning way to end this fabulous meal.

    Very delicious and authentic Spanish food! Prices are considerable for the amount of food. But Paella is more for 2 people without appetizers instead of 4-6

    Always a great time at Jaleo. We just love this restaurant. We try to support Jose Andres whenever we can. He is an amazing humanitarian and has darn fantastic restaurants.

    Overall all good, but the seating arrangement was not the most ideal. Isles were too narrow and congestion happened quite often and people kept bumping into our table.

    We did the chef’s tasting menu and not much food or variety for the cost. Also quality was mediocre.

    WOW! Just wow. You will go to Jaleo expecting something special and they will not disappoint. In decades of fine dining, this one is in the top two or three. Well done!
